18th century gîtes in the VAL DE CHAMBORD at the gates of Chambord

Between the Loire and Sologne, our cottages in the "VAL DE CHAMBORD" are located in the countryside, 200 m from the entrance to the Parc de Chambord with a view of the Park and its surrounding wall, on the route of the castles by bike and hiking trails, 12 km from Blois and Cheverny.
Our cottage "LA VIGNERONNE" is one of the 3 cottages of our farmhouse "Le Val de Chambord", an old winegrower's farm of the eighteenth century. Former winegrowers' house, this semi-detached house of 50 m² recently renovated offers 2 main rooms "all comfort" and can accommodate up to 2 people.
The individual yard allowing you to easily park your vehicle
and your bikes, you access a garden and a terrace allowing you to enter the cottage. The accommodation consists of a large living room with its living room side equipped with a sofa and a dining room side - open kitchen equipped (dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle) as well as a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a cozy vestibule, a walk-in shower room and separate toilet.
Free internet access (fiber) in the cottage.
Minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends / 3 nights on weekdays and school holidays and 7 nights in July and August.
Animals, Parties and electric vehicle charging NOT AUTHORIZED

"End of stay cleaning" is added to your stay. However, this service does not exclude the general good maintenance of the cottage and the return of the tidy cottage, (if the bed linen option is taken: sheets removed and placed in a specific bag). In case of non-compliance, additional costs may be requested.
