Holiday Home 'Gîte La Petite Maison' with Wi-Fi
La Petite Maison is a charming 70 m² family cottage with traditional Sologne style, featuring stone walls and exposed beams, fully restored and welcoming guests since April 2023. Located in a quiet hamlet just 6 km from Château de Chambord, this holiday home is perfect for relaxing stays with family or friends and for exploring the Centre Val de Loire region.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge, and a large 17 m² bedroom (160 x 190 cm double bed) with en-suite bathroom and toilet. There is also a pellet stove for added comfort. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom (140 x 190 cm double bed) and a children’s area with a single bed and a crib. The maximum capacity is 4 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV, and a washing machine. Please note, there is no air conditioning.
The house is ideally located between the villages of Vineuil, Mont-près-Chambord, and Huisseau sur Cosson, where you’ll find all essential shops. The property is on the Loire à Vélo cycling route, 35 minutes from Beauval Zoo. Château de Cheverny is a 10-minute drive away, as are the shopping area and the historic center of Blois with its restaurants.
Private parking is available on the property. A secure storage area for motorbikes and bicycles is also provided. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. The owners look forward to welcoming you.
