Casa Enrica is a house with 2 apartments in the historic district of Idro / Lemprato. The house is located in a closed courtyard with a lot of Italian flair and incredibly loving design.
It is very quiet and if you like the winding, old-Italian courtyards, Casa Enrica is the right holiday address. All conditions are quickly within walking distance. B. to the beach only about 300m, also to the playground, to the cafe or to the nearest pizzeria, to a small shop for morning bread, it is 1 minute on foot. From the beach, a small promenade leads along the lake to the village of Crone, a typical sea village with shops, a playground and the weekly market that takes place every Wednesday.

The newly renovated apartment is on the 1st Floor of a 2-storey middle house with 2 apartments. On the ground floor there is a large vaulted entrance area with plenty of space where you can store your bicycles. The living area with the open, fully equipped kitchen is bright and offers plenty of space. From here you can access the balcony with table and chairs, from which you can see the courtyard and the mountains and where you can relax in the sun. When the wine clings to the terrace railing in summer, it is very romantic. There are also 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Furthermore, free WiFi and a parking space are available. There is space for motorbikes.

Super Lage
Lage ist echt super. Nur 3-5 Gehminuten zum See. Balkon zum draußen Frühstücken und Abendessen ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker gleich um die Ecke und ein großer Markt ca. 15min Fußläuftig zu erreichen.

Ruhige Lage, typisch italienischer Innenhof. Abends dann gemütlich Fledermäuse beobachten und ganz entspannt ein Gläschen Wein auf dem Balkon. Herrlich! Wer Action sucht, kommt an den Bars am Seeufer auf seine Kosten.

Villa Carlotta war eine sehr gute Alternative zur Casa Enrica. Sehr schöne Lage, tolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber und freundliche, nette Betreuung durch Simone. Vielen Dank. Einziges kleines Minus war das schlecht nutzbare WLAN, sonst volle Punktzahl

Wunderschöne FeWo in traumhafter Lage
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einen alten Winzerhof. Hier treffen Historie und Moderne aufeinander. Die FeWo ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie ist blitzsauber und es fehlt an nichts. Vom Balkon aus sieht man in den idyllischen Innenhof. Vom Schlafzimmer hat man einen herrlichen Überblick über die alten Dächer auf den See. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für den kleinen Einkauf befindet sich 3 Fußminuten entfernt. Ansonsten gibt es grosse Supermärkte 5-10 Autoritäten entfernt. Einige Restaurants sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der See ist zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Muniten zu erreichen und man kann in beiden Richtungen auf einem Fußweg am See entlang spazieren. Wanderwege sind in unmittelbarer Nähe - man braucht nicht mit dem Auto anfahren, sondern kann sofort loslaufen. Dies gilt ebenso für Radfahrer.

Schöne Wohnung
Sehr schöne geräumige und saubere Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Ausflugsziele in der Wohnung ausgelegt. Für Mountainbiker nicht so geeignet, da schlechte Routenplanung. Hat man einen Singletrail gefunden, lockt der zum Downhillride, man weiß nur nicht wie man hochkommen soll. Rennrad ist hier eher angesagt.
