Spacious bright apartment of 100m² on the ground floor of a house with another apartment upstairs. The apartment offers plenty of space, it has a large bright and open space in which the kitchenette, dining and living area are located. Slightly separated are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. The outdoor area is spacious and quiet. You will find sun loungers, a terrace with table, chairs and umbrella, as well as a barbecue grill. A parking space is available. Casa Grazia is located in the middle between the districts Lemprato and Crone. Shopping, various restaurants / pizzerias, beach, bar and Gelateria are within walking distance.

Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und wie beschrieben. Die Lage praktisch - zentral genug, aber trotzdem ruhig genug da sie auf der Rückseite der Straße ist. In Summe alles fein.

Super saubere Unterkunft, sehr gut ausgestattet, schön gelegen in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Die Kommunikation und Übergabe/Abnahme verliefen strukturiert, problemlos und sehr freundlich. Würden wir sofort wieder hingehen und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Een relaxte vakantie in crone met rolstoel.

De accommodatie was zeer ruim en goed rolstoeltoegankelijkheid. Met een aanpassing geregeld door Simone, was de badkamer door middel van een oprit ook rolstoeltoegankelijkheid. Toen de wasmachine kapot bleek te zijn, werd hij meteen door Simone vervangen. We waren zeer gecharmeerd door de eigenaar Danilo, die boven de accommodatie woont met zijn vrouw. Hij was zeer gastvrij en zorgde voor een fijn persoonlijk contact tijdens ons verblijf. De locatie is op loopafstand van het centrum van Crone, en ook niet te steil voor rolstoelgebruikers. In het centrum zijn levensmiddelen winkels, restaurants en is ook de ligweide aan het meer. Het is wat minder toeristisch dan bijvoorbeeld het Gardameer. Maar er zijn hier veel campings met veel Nederlanders en Duitsers. Al met al een heerlijke, rustige plek voor een relaxte of meer actieve vakantie. Simone en Danilo, bedankt voor het aangename verblijf. Groetjes van de familie Teunissen.
