Holiday home located on the outskirts of Íllora, province of Granada, Andalucia.

This holiday home sleeps 12 people, and it's the perfect place to spend your well-deserved holidays with the whole family. Moreover, thanks to its location, it's ideal for enjoying interesting getaways to the nearby towns of Montefrío and Priego de Córdoba, to the fabulous city of Granada or the nearby Sierra de Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama.

Inside, the house features two floors, for a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with a bathtub.

On the ground floor, you will find a rustic-style living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed, some armchairs and a spacious dining table so that you can share your meals with your beloved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped to ensure that you'll lack absolutely nothing. On this floor, a bedroom with a double bed is also located.

Upstairs, there are the remaining three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an armchair-bed (suitable for a child), another bedroom with two twin beds and the possibility of adding an extra bed, and the third bedroom with three single beds.

The outdoor space is wide and, thanks to its different areas, it offers the possibility of spending countless moments together with your beloved ones. The vast private pool is located on a terrace that also features some grassed parts, surrounding which there are a few sun loungers, and a porch for "al fresco" dining. Other activities include fun ping-pong or basketball games and enjoying the delicacies that you will prepare in the BBQ. You will be able to enjoy all of this accompanied by the views of the mountains and the cultivated fields that envelop the house, thus guaranteeing a truly relaxing setting.

The house is provided with a parking lot, and the access is possible via a paved lane.
