Beautiful house in Inca for 4 people. It offers a large patio with a private above ground pool and a fabulous barbecue area.
The charming patio of the house is a perfect oasis of peace to relax after an entertaining excursion around the island. You can cool off in the above ground pool chlorine pool that measures 3.5 x 2 meters and has a depth of 1.60 meters. Afterwards you can sunbathe on the sun loungers. At the end of the patio you will find the barbecue and the porch under which you can sit and enjoy your meals alfresco. A toilet completes the outdoor area..

The house is on one level with a simple and cozy style. Upon entering from the patio you find a luminous room where you can sit and enjoy a good book. It is has air conditioning and communicates with the living - dining room that has TV-sat. The separate kitchen offers a ceramic hob and its window overlooks the living room with access to the patio. Two beautiful bedrooms invite you to rest at night, one with a double bed an portable AC and the second with twin beds and a fan. There is also a bathroom with a shower. A cot, a high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the equipment.

Inca is the perfect starting point to get to know the island. Our guests will have all the necessary services a few meters away on foot, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and all kinds of shops. The closest beach is 25.7 km away in Puerto de Alcúdia. Other places that we recommend are the monastery of Lluc, the Tramuntana mountain range, ses Fonts Ufanes in Campanet or the Puig de Santa Magdalena in Inca.

Perfect place to stay especially for cyclists. But don’t forget your ear plugs ?

We were there for cycling and the location was perfect in terms of proximity to all cycling routes! We spent wonderful evenings in the garden and grilled every day, which was highlight of our trip:D the pool is suitable for chilling, not swimming.

wij verbleven een week in dit huisje met onze baby van 4 maanden de tuin heeft een grote meerwaarde, er is ook voldoende schaduw door de mooie bomen en het afdak. het water van het zwembad was nog fris (einde mei) maar toch aangenaam de keuken was praktisch ingericht er was wel veel lawaai te horen s nachts door de drukte op de baan verder had het huisje alle faciliteiten die beschreven stonden

Le logement est située à Inca, une très jolie ville avec un grand marché. Il faut cependant une voiture car ce n’est pas près de Palma mais c’est situé au centre de l’île donc pratique pour se déplacer. Le logement est très chouette avec un petit jardin où se trouve des citronniers et orangers, c’est vraiment un cadre très agréable. Les hôtes sont très sympas et disponibles. Seul petit bémol, il fait très chaud et il n’y a pas de climatisation dans les deux chambres, il était impossible de dormir dans une des chambres vue la chaleur (40 degrés)… par contre la piscine était indispensable en cette période! Je recommande ce logement ☺️
