There are no hotels with walking access to/from T2 at Incheon. The good news is Ibis provides a free shuttle bus; the bad news is the bus can get VERY full. When we used the 7am service to return to T2, the transfer was so crowded that we had to lug our heavy cases into the bus cabin as the luggage bays were completely full (despite Reception having told us, the night before, that there would be plenty of capacity). The hotel room itself was comfortable and clean but the only dinner offering was a buffet where some of the dishes got depleted and weren't replenished. That said, the option to have a (small) steak cooked to order was a nice touch. If we went to Incheon again we would probably look at other hotels but still might choose the Ibis based on price.

Wasn’t expecting much on a one night airport layover, since Ibis Hotel could be very basic and some other parts of the world. But I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I was genuinely impressed by the breakfast — the spread was huge with plenty of variety, and everything was fresh and delicious. Would definitely stay here again!
