STAY HERE!

So much to say! Great place...great location...and great owners! We went to Melbourne, in July for nine days for a softball tournament. Yes it was HOT but the house was our oasis. It is so deceiving, small on the outside but BIG on the inside. Fully stocked big kitchen and 5 minutes from Public or Walmart to keep us stocked. In the garage there were bikes, beach toys (a lot of them) and a BIG cooler! Inside there were a lot of games. I had to order Throw Throw Burrito for when we got home and taught my grand daughter how to play chess. This trip and this house will be remembered forever. All this and less than 1/2 mile from the beach.

Wonderful stay!

This was by far the most relaxing vacation for us! The house is beautifully done, very close to a quiet, clean and beautiful beach. The owners are great and thought of anything and everything that one would need on vacation. The house is so well equipped, fully stacked kitchen, bikes, fishing equipment, boogie boards and beach toys for the kids. Even a wagon to pull all the fun stuff to the beach! We really loved the backyard and the pool! What a dream! We will be back! Thank you so much Terri and Jim!

Great Place!

The house was great and in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Super clean and well stocked. Had a minor issue at check-in with our code not working, but a quick call to Jim and we were good to go. Pros: clean, well-stocked kitchen, AWESOME warm pool, proximity to the beach, games/books/activities if you have kids, lots of seating in the living/dining room Cons: the beds are HARD (we're used to much softer), the sheets were like velcro and stuck to PJs making it hard to roll over and get comfortable, the nonstick pans are very well used and scratched Overall, we had a great little getaway to the beach and really enjoyed this house. If we're back in the area, we'll consider booking again!

Excellent location

We stayed a week during a training camp. The house is super clean and very well stocked with all the essentials plus extras. The hosts replied very quickly anytime I contacted them. There are lots of beaches, restaurants and grocery stores very close by. The yard is beautiful and well kept. We will book this place again next year.

Spring Break

This property was the perfect place for our spring break trip. Short drive to cocoa beach and beautiful golf courses Teenagers loved the pool volleyball and lighted pool for night swims. Also felt very comfortable with them walking or riding bikes to the local beach. The house and amenities were 5 stars. We hope to come back soon! Thank you!

This property was extraordinary!! Beautiful inside and out! Great location just a short distance to beach, shopping, and many restaurants. Great kitchen with modern appliances and everything you would ever need to cook any meal. Very spacious inside with plenty of room for guests. A great place to stay!

Family wedding trip

This property was just what we were looking for. It was updated throughout, very clean and in a nice neighborhood. The pool area was awesome and private. We would love to visit again and stay even longer.
