Room was well appointed and sufficient size. All wooden floors which I guess are more practical but cold at this time of year in particular. Breakfast was pretty good but buffet style meant the food was generally only luke warm and with the dining area very large and open the food cooled down even faster.

Let down by housekeeping. Wanted our room serviced each day but arrived back with bed not made, cups and glassed dirty. Foreign lady came to clean our room whilst we were in it. Could not speak English. Asked her to make the bed but she just went out and came back with a mop and mopped a tiny bit of the room and left. Great local girl came in next day and did a proper linen change.

The check-in staff was assessment on showing my id which i was not carrying and even though i showed the mobile banking app for him to check he was not ready to check me in luckily i found a spare card in car. Anyways after all the trouble when i reached room the pillows were all covered in dandruff. Luckily another staff member was very kind and attended the situation immediately. Even though there were two people in room they only provided one slipper which was annoying. Parking situation adds to whole bad experience. Lastly the card use old magnetic tech and keeps getting blocked. The restaurant is poorely rated on Google so i didn't use it though it looks good.

Room in great condition and well cleaned Breakfast is in line with a typical 4 star hotel. Staff is very friendly and service minded. Restaurants dinner option are over priced. At a few occasions the ventilation in the room brought in smoke-smell.
