This is a modern property located right on the river ness. Very close to many eateries and bars in this lovely town, spacious rooms with terrific breakfast, highly recommend for stay in the Highlands.

I had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel Inverness! The location couldn’t be better — right by the River Ness and just an 8–9 minute walk from both the city centre and the ScotRail station. It’s also just a short walk from most tour meeting points, making it an ideal base for exploring Inverness and the Highlands. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with anything. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and well-presented options — a perfect start to the day. Though the rooms are compact, they’re spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Overall, a charming and convenient stay with great service and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended!

Was a decent hotel walkable to the city and everything we wanted to do. The reception staff was a bit cold which is quite different from everywhere else we have stayed in Scotland. Overall ok but couldn’t give it a 5

It is a great place right off the freeway. The good was good. The only thing that is bad is the parking! We arrived around 6pm. No parking so I had to park across the street. It would have been fine if it wasnt just me walking back! Hahahahaha.

Two staff members were present for check-in. Male refused to offer any assistance to the female who had, clearly, not been properly trained. Had two meals, at the bar, in the restaurant. The bar was 50% full, yet three servers and one manager had to be flagged down for any needs. One male bartender was working harder than other four staff members.

Modern hotel with good amenities. It was in a quieter area of town, easy to walk to from the train station but still only a few minutes from the city center. Behind the property is the walking trail along the River Ness which was great as we could follow the trail & it brings us to many sights in Inverness. The room itself was very clean & spacious for my husband and I, the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I would recommend staying at this property when in Inverness because of the great location, cleanliness & good service.I wouldn't recommend dining at the in-house restaurant though because service can be slow.
