Renovated Victorian stone villa in the Riverside Conservation Area

Dunvegan features a large family lounge, a spacious dining room, a study and a fully-equipped, modern kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms which will sleep 6 adults - - a king-size bed in the master bedroom, with an en-suite dressing room and en-suite bathroom; and a spacious double bedroom and a twin-bedded room, which share a generous family bathroom. When needed, there is also a double sofa bed in the study downstairs. Additionally, there is a single bedroom downstairs in an annexe, with en-suite toilet and shower. There are cots, high chairs and door barriers for toddlers.
For parties which exceed 6 in number, and for booking the single room in the annexe, extra charges apply.

Une maison spacieuse et confortable, tres bien amĂ©nagĂ©e et gĂ©rĂ©e par un hĂŽte attentionnĂ©. On se sent chez soi.Ce lieu est trĂšs bien situĂ© donnant un accĂšs facile Ă  pied Ă  des commerces et restaurants, et la capacitĂ© de marcher le long de la riviĂšre.Le 3 Culduthel et Inverness ont Ă©tĂ© un point fort de notre voyage en famille en Écosse.

Nous Ă©tions 2 couples avec un enfant chacun. La maison Ă©tait parfaite puisque chaque couple a disposĂ© d'une chambre dont une avec suite parentale, avec WC pour chaque famille et les 2 enfants ont dormi dans une chambre Ă  part, dans 2 lits individuels. Toutes les chambres sont Ă  l'Ă©tage et le RDC dispose mĂȘme d'un WC indĂ©pendant. Il y a suffisamment d'espace pour rester tous ensemble Ă  discuter dans la cuisine pendant la prĂ©paration du repas, manger dans la salle Ă  manger ou se reposer dans le salon. Nous avons dĂ» faire appel au propriĂ©taire pour un problĂšme de lave-vaisselle. Il a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©actif et l'a rĂ©glĂ© immĂ©diatement avec beaucoup de politesse. A noter qu'il Ă©tait prĂ©sent sur place pendant 2 nuits mais dans une aile Ă  part complĂštement indĂ©pendante de nous, qui n'a donc causĂ© aucune gĂȘne puisque nous ne nous croisions pas. A recommander sans hĂ©siter.

This location was perfect. A short walk to main downtown, fun pub just across the street. This house has so much character and love the renovations done. Very cozy, clean and we enjoyed are stay here. There are a number of steps from street level to get up to the house.

This was such a wonderful stay it right across the street from the Castle Tavern. The rooms were very comfortable. If you have a group I would definitely stay here and enjoy the stay. It very walkable to restaurants and bars. The kitchen is great we used it to make breakfast.

As he mentioned one thing was kinda complicated to put the address in the navigation system, was hard to find it, but thanks to all the directions David provided us, we were able to find it.

This is a beautiful, well maintained historical home. Ideally located for access to restaurants, shopping, parks and the waterfront. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. We appreciated the welcome package that included bread, cereal, milk, coffee and tea. The home is beautifully kept and clean. There are a variety of seating areas that included extras such as puzzles, games and books. The beds are comfortable and the towels are large and exceptional quality. The host was fantastic and helpful! We would highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic stay

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Great location. Magda the house keeper was a total gem. Would stay here again without hesitation. Only negative was parking and ease of getting luggage in and out, but can't be helped.

Very comfortable with good water pressure and comfortable beds. Great location for exploring town and restaurants. Kentucky bourbon available at the liquor stores. Clean and well supplied kitchen.

Beautiful home in the perfect downtown location. Our family loved the amenities and the bedrooms were lovely. Our kids spent long nights playing chess in the dining room. Will definitely stay in this home again if we come back to Inverness.

Well situated within easy walking distance of the riverside pedestrian trail, shops, and restaurants. The castle is literally the first thing you see out the window. Spacious and well kept rooms and elegant atmosphere.

The best of the best

Lovely home. Great location!

Loved this house. It was beautiful, comfortable and convenient to the town center. View of the castle from windows! Responsive hosts! It was lovely to come in after a day of touring the area and sit with a glass of wine in front of fire. Super restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely property had a few issues as we are very much seniors! Getting into bathtubs for showers. Walking up hill from town, good for us but not easy together with steps to front door. Also it was very dark when we arrived which made it a little hard to find key box.

Beautiful, Well-Appointed Home Steps from Inverness City Center

My wife and I stayed at this home for four nights. The home is very clean and modern, with some of the nicest furnishings we have encountered in our dozens of VRBO stays. That includes the living and dining room furniture, kitchen utensils, cookware and appliances, and bedding. The location can’t be beat, being just steps from the many shops, bars, and restaurants in Inverness city center. David Graham was an excellent host with perfect communication. Among other things, he found a local person for us, to drive us to the exact spots we wanted to see, hike, and/or run. The person David found for us was an important part of an overall wonderful visit to Inverness. We highly recommend Dunvegan-Inverness if you are staying in Inverness!
