All in all it was a great stay for the family wedding we traveled too. My only complaint was when asking for an early check - in because of the two hour travel with a toddler and time difference we were told yes we could but for a charge of $50 or $25. I've traveled lots for other reasons and never heard of such a thing. If the room is ready that's just rude and greed.

You WILL never find better staff anywhere. The hotel was so clean, welcoming, beds comfortable, quiet, and accommodating. It’s like home. Heidi, at front desk, was beyond tremendous! She went out of her way with everything we needed or didn’t even know we needed. She even made reservations for another upcoming stay saving me the hassle of searching and booking online. Quote “ We want everyone to be welcomed, comfortable, and know we appreciate their staying with us”. Well, she certainly did that. That girl is an asset!!!

I was charge $200 for a blanket that had a PERVIOUS DAMAGE...there was a cigarette burn in the Blanket that was stored in the closet in the plastic bag. When I checked out there was no one working the desk so I couldn't report it. I called after I was charged and the MANAGER was horrible to speak too and very unprofessional. He REFUSED to refund me for their damage. DO NOT recommend.
