If you're a beginner skier and want to start with a few trips down the bunny slopes, see if your Ironwood ski hotel or the nearby facilities offer lessons. If you're a veteran on the slopes, take the chair lift up to the top of the mountain and take in the views as you slalom down the fresh snow. After a full day on the slopes, retreat to your Ironwood ski resort to warm up. Magnuson Hotel Ironwood
"Found a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door when we got there. The hotel kiosk staff was the most helpful part of the entire stay. I think the room was overpriced for what we got for sure. And then on our checkout day, the housekeeper asked if we were checking out at 9:50 when the checkout time was 11. And when we said we had one more bag to grab he looked down at his watch like he was in a hurry so we felt like we better leave by 10, even though we had another hour left still."
