Great holiday

Playa Grande is the perfect getaway. Three pools, snack bar, onsite store, walkable beach.The condo we stayed in was well appointed, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were very accessible, and responded in a very timely manner to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return.

The property was good!! BUT the A/C did not work, we called it in since the first day, but they didnt have maintanence in bcs it was a holyday,the second day maintanance went there to repair it, but it never worked, they said they could bring us one, but then said, they didnt gave any left to lend us. IT was very hot, and we couldt have ac in the main area of the apartment.. and it never worked meanwhile we were ... In addition the first day we didnt have hot water to the showers, they mentioned they would fix it the next day bcs maintanenwce againg want there... well it was a series of ups and downs, the worst thing is that they knew we were traveling with both our babies and our other 2 children...
