This detached holiday house is immersed in a peaceful and serene environment, 200 meters from the crystal blue sea of Santa Maria del Focallo, and from the first beach of fine sand (awarded with the Blue Flag) and just 10 km from the city of Ispica 7 km from Pozzallo as well as to all the places of Montalbano Fiction.
The house was built in 2015 and the living space of approximately 100 m² including the veranda outside. The fully equipped kitchen, modern kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and electric kettle .. Wireless Internet access is available in all rooms both indoors and outdoors. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a bedroom has two single beds (each 80 x 190cm). If needed, we can provide cots and any kind of material for your baby.
The property has a bathroom with shower inside and a large outdoor covered and hot water shower. All rooms have air conditioning and satellite TV.
Outside there is a new 4 x 4 pool built into a wonderful wooden floor for its exclusive use, and a large porch, which also has a barbecue corner with grill, table and chairs, offers a cozy atmosphere to eat all 'Open, surrounded by a garden full of plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub. There are also comfortable wooden sun loungers in the garden, for sunbathing or relaxing moments. Bicycles umbrellas and deckchairs are available for use. The site is fenced and your pet is welcome at no extra cost.
Near the house you can find a supermarket, newspaper store, tobacconist, gas station, butcher, pizzeria and restaurants. You can choose between free beaches or beaches equipped with a snack bar where you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas.
The holiday home is in an excellent location for those wishing to combine a seaside holiday with rich culture and history, such as Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica, Marzamemi, Portopalo of Capo Passero and Syracuse with its Greek theater. Very pleasant experience, superb host and perfectly designed house
We enjoyed very much our stay at this house. It has everything you need but you have to use it in a way how it was designed. I really liked how the owners thought through while designing it. Each place has its sense and we were able to find the sense and utilize it. Claudio (host) was very thoughtful, proactive and responded always very quickly, i really love his dedication and way he set the things up. Everything works perfectly remotely incl. "check-in". As for location, nearest sandy beach is just 400-450m away, perfect for small kids, mini market and bakery with rosticceria 650m, market 1,6km. Otherwise not so much around and you have to go everywhere by car but that's a must while in Sicily.

The property was spotlessly clean and well equipped and Claudio was an incredibly attentive host.
From the very clear directions and the generous welcome pack to the very helpful suggestions of places to visit, his help was hugely welcomed.
I would thoroughly recommend this property, as long as you have a car - most places are only within a short drive but a car is essential

Perfect End of the Day Stay
This property was so beautiful that we frequently ended our touring day a couple of hours earlier than we normally would have so we could come back and enjoy the beautiful pool and outdoor setting.
The amazing and beautiful outdoor spaces more than made up for the smaller sitting area inside. The outdoor bathroom was an added bonus and the shower was fabulous. The welcome treats that Claudio left to greet us were very touching; he also left us some pasta and sauce which was so appreciated because we got in late and were too tired to go back out to find a restaurant.
For this place it might be good for you to do a grocery run before you get there so you can make your dinners on site and enjoy the lovely and intimate eating area. (Also, you do have to drive a bit of a distance to get to a grocery store.) The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance that we needed. Claudio also left us some coffee pods so we could have coffee our first morning.
Communication with the owner was very easy and friendly. I would highly recommend this site for your stay. The only thing to be aware of is the directions in the dark to the home were slightly harder to follow but we did find it. We felt very safe here even though it did not seem like there were too many others in the neighborhood and you will need a car to drive to most places.

Sicilian Perfection : Simply Outstanding!
From initial enquiries to after the holiday, Claudio and Viviana could not do any more for us. They were so friendly, always available to help and offer advice on places to go. Dream hosts!
Now on to Jasmine House. For us it was a dream holiday. With a five year old, the setup was perfect. Set down a no through road, quiet residential area, secure gated entry and a gated pool which was a must for added safety.
The outside space was superb, many seating areas, beautifully lit up at night and very private and secluded. Once you entered the gates you felt you were in your own little bubble.
The accommodation inside was great. Modern, clean, super welcome package with everything you need to get you started.
The pool was the right size for us, all one depth so great to move around and play. The beach is only a 5 minute walk down the road and it was a stunning sandy beach, never busy and overcrowded, the sea was clear, warm and gentle waves. The sunsets were just amazing.
There is a mini market and pizzeria 5 minute walk from the beach and we found them really friendly and a great place for your basics and the food was good in and take away.
We had a rental car which is necessary to explore the area, go to the supermarket etc....
All in all a perfect holiday we can't stop speaking about to all our friends and family.
We cant wait to go back! Thank you Claudio and Viviana for such a wonderful experience.

Great oasis to relax and enjoy Sicily
We have rented many HomeAway properties and this has to be the best equipped. It really was a private oasis to enjoy the Sicilian sun and relax.
The apartment is not big but is very well equipped. The outside area provides perfect area to sit, eat and get some shade while the pool is perfect to dip into or float and read.
The apartment is situated in a hotch potch development of holiday homes and is very secure and not at all over looked. The nearby town of Pozzallo provides ample places to eat. The real jewel is an 11km stretch of sand just a few minutes walk away which was sparsely used when we visited in September. Walking along the coast in the surf, taking in the sun and the sea views was one of the great pleasures of our stay.
Claudio is super helpful and always on hand via WhatsApp to provide help or suggestions for places to see or restaurants to eat in. He really helped us to get the most out of our stay and checked in regularly to ensure all was well.
The location is perfect (with a car) for exploring nearby towns such as Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa and Modica and even trips further afield to Etna and Taormina were within a reasonable distance.
Highly recommended for a quiet holiday away from it all.

Just lovely!
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Jasmine House. Before we arrived, the host Claudio was so helpful and very friendly, so we felt secure that we had found the right place to stay. Claudio met us at the house on arrival (even though we were three hours late) and showed us around. The house itself is small but perfectly formed. Claudio had left us a bottle of bubbles chilling in the fridge as well as other wines and goodies in the cupboard, which were really appreciated at the end of a long day travelling. In fact, everything you need is in the house - from coffee to dishwasher tablets. The outside of the house is bigger and even more beautiful than it looks in the photos, complete with BBQ and outside shower (as well as the shower in the house). The garden smelt deliciously of jasmine and was very lush. Our daughter adored the pool, perfect for her to play safely in while we sunbathed. And just a few minutes drive down the road is the beach - very clear and shallow so great for families. Claudio sent us Google Map links to beaches, restaurants and places of interest, and he has great ideas! Our favourite places to visit were Nito and Ibla - really worth the drive (about an hour). We would love to return to Sicily and Jasmine House again - it really is a very special home!

Amazing chilling place
We spent a week in April in that wonderful villa. Claudio’s wife welcomed us and showed everything in property. The villa was very clean and fully equipped and I have to mention that the beds were so comfortable. The decor is modern and made with a taste. Claudio also provided the bikes so we could ride on them by the seaside with our girls. They absolutely loved it. Everything was just spot on. The pool was secured so the kids could play and run around safely.
I would highly recommended this villa for everybody who is looking for a quite break. Car is essential so you can explore all the beautiful places such as Siracusa, Modica, Ragusa, Reserva Cavagrande, Noto, Marzamemi.

Lovely small secure villa with pool & cycles to borrow & 5 minute walk to sandy beach
We enjoyed a 2 night stay. Claudio’s communication (and English!) was excellent and the villa was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is quiet, and if you’re staying for a longer time, we would suggest a trip to a large supermarket (approx 10km) first as there is only one cafe/diner 800 meters walk and a small mini market (not much stock!) 2 minutes in the car. The beautiful sandy beach is a 5 minute walk. We didn’t see any public transport on the top road, so a car is essential.
