Très bien situé, très proche d'une belle plage équipée de douches.Des commerces proches (en voiture plutôt).Les hôtes étaient présents, forts sympathiques et de bon conseil. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

Enttäuschend...

Als langjährige Italienurlauber wollten wir in diesem Herbst den Süden von Sizilien kennenlernen. Das Positive zuerst: Die Wohnung ist hell und für zwei Personen ausreichend groß. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist nahe am sehr schönen Meer. Leider waren einige Dinge nicht in Ordnung: • die Schränke waren nicht gesäubert, • die Gläser zum Teil schmutzig (fettig), • zwei Teflonpfannen waren bis auf den Metallboden zerkratzt, • der Nachtisch und die Nachtischlampe an einem Bett waren nicht zu nutzen, weil der Platz nicht ausreichte, • der Stuhl im Schlafzimmer war ohne Lehne und nicht zu benutzen, • die Garderobe hing an den Dübeln aus der Wand, ebenfalls nicht zu benutzen, • die Terrassenmöbel entsprachen in keinster Weise den Fotos, mit denen die Wohnung beworben wurde (die Sitzbank war kaputt, sonstige Möbel fehlten). Unser Versuch mit den Vermietern zu sprechen war leider nicht erfolgreich. Unsere Beschwerden wurden unfreundlich abgelehnt („Noch nie hat sich jemand beschwert. Wenn Ihnen die Pfannen nicht gefallen, müssen Sie sich halt‘ neue kaufen.“ „Man darf nicht so schwere Sachen an die Garderobe hängen.“ oder „Die Fotos der Terrasse sind ja nicht für den November, da sitzt man nicht mehr draußen.“ Wir hatten allerdings die ganze Woche Temperaturen zwischen 20 und 26 °C. Da uns weitere Diskussionen sinnlos erschienen, haben wir uns mit den Gegebenheiten arrangiert (z.B. eine neue Pfanne gekauft) und uns am Ende der Woche freundlich verabschiedet.

Casa davvero accogliente a pochi centinaia di metri dal mare, super atrezzata in tutto. Consiglio di soggiornare lì se si vuole avere momenti di totale relax

Ottima location per una vacanza al mare

L'alloggio si trova a 200 metri da una bella spiaggia, poco frequentata. Con pochi km di auto si possono raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge della zona. Le case intorno sono molto tranquille e tutte le mattine passa un ape che vende pane fresco. I servizi intorno sono pochi (supermarket, ristoranti, etc..), ma Pozzallo e Ispica sono a pochi km. La casa è al secondo piano, molto fresca anche nelle giornate più calde. La presenza di lavatrice e lavapiatti rende la vacanza decisamente più comoda. L'alloggio è dotato di tutto il necessario, compresi asciugamani e lenzuola. Fabio è molto gentile e risponde velocemente a tutti i quesiti.
