Our contact person, Berta, was always available. Early check-in and late check-out were possible. The apartment is located in a very nice area, with many shops and attractions nearby. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. We would gladly return.

Communication was terrible- he gave us a different apartment and didn’t mention anything until I asked where I would get the keys from. He didn’t mention it was a different apartment until I pointed out that the address for the apartment was different and he said that we will be staying there for “a few nights” until the apartment I booked is available. He gave us an inaccessible apartment for a wheelchair, there was a step to enter the apartment door and four steps before the elevator. He claimed that the second apartment is wheelchair accessible and that it has an elevator but failed to mention that there are 5 stairs before the elevator. He was very rude; when I mentioned to him that this apartment wasn’t the one I booked he stated that he gave it to us since I was viewing it too and then when I mentioned the wheelchair inaccessibility he said he can give us a free ride from the airport or we can cancel the order all together- this all happened at 1 pm and the check in was at 3. It was all last min and all of a sudden. This host is very untrustworthy and unpredictable. 0/10 recommend. I think you need to look elsewhere.

Had the potential to be so much more. Lounge was very spacious, clean and as the photos. Unfortunately if you had the blinds up people could see straight into the room, lighting not bright enough to be able to read properly. Kitchen very clean but very poorly equipped. Chipped mugs, and an odd assortment of glasses etc. Nothing matched. No basics in the kitchen which are quite normal and to be expected now days. Not even some cheap coffee or tea sachets were provided.Bedrooms were fine and so was the larger bathroom though all round the shower tray was black and just needed attention. The smaller shower room was smelly, and had a massive damp patch on the ceiling. Two toilet rolls provided for 4 people, two sample shower gel and some hand soap. Either provide something acceptable or don’t provide at all. They just looked like cheap leftovers.The position of the apartment was good, and with a coat of paint and the basics improved it could offer so much more. But it fell short. The heating was good, plenty of hot water and when we asked for bath towels which had not been provided the lady had them delivered the next morning. Could have been a lot better for the money we spent.
