The hotel's location, views, and ambiance were stunning, but what truly elevated my stay was the exceptional service and the incredible team of professionals who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Ms. Fatima Kutlucan Navruz, the Guest Relations Manager, whose warm welcome and thoughtful attentiveness made me feel instantly at home. She embodies the spirit of Turkish hospitality, is graceful and kin always one step ahead in anticipating guests' needs. Her personal touches made my experience feel unique and deeply appreciated. A special thanks also to the Reception Manager, who ensured my check-in process was seamless, and to Mr. Okan, who personally welcomed me with professionalism and genuine care. His courteous demeanor and efficiency made for a smooth and pleasant arrival. The Restaurant Manager deserves praise for overseeing a team that delivers delicious meals and an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. Every breakfast and dinner was a delight, served with precision, care, and a sincere smile. The property is located in a very convenient location with metro and bus and trolley station across the street near many shops and restaurants The staff went above and beyond and were very friendly and courteous Ms Fatma Navruz the guest relation manager was very nice and helpful and made sure we were taken care of and her colleague gave us a very nice room upgrade and Toofan was nice and gave us water and provided what we needed Although the carpet right off of the elevator was not very clean but the rooms and linens were spotless and very clean and comfortable The bellman at the hotel entrance were also very helpful and you felt safe I absolutely recommend the hotel
