Great location. Nice restaurant. Great people. Presidential Suite though was not as nice as we had hoped. It was smaller than the pictures would indicate and the terrace was overtaken by a very dilapidated building next door. Very unsightly.

The hotel has very good location, we can walk to anywhere we want to go. The staff were very nice and greeted us by name when we first met, that was a surprise :). I highly recommend the rooftop breakfast room, we met the most beautiful sunrise there(at 8:30am). The dinner there was also a good experience. You can also watch the fireworks from there for new year eve if you happen to be in Istanbul at that time. The chocolate at the front desk is really yummy *_^ The room is a little hot in the evening, I wear T shirt in the room while it is 5 degree(C) outside.

I stayed in this hotel with my husband from 10th Nov to 14th Nov. Upon check in, we were upgraded to a room with view of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque with a balcony. The location of this hotel is excellent. It's very close to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque and there are lots of dining options around. it's also very close to the tram line as well making it easy to explore other areas. The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was excellent - especially the bed. It was very big. The staff were also very nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be its strongest selling point. It’s right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of many major attractions, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Public transportation is also just steps away, which made getting around incredibly convenient. That said, the hotel itself didn’t quite meet expectations. While the stay was manageable, the property could definitely use a makeover. The TV in my room didn’t work, and there was a persistent issue with water accumulating on the bathroom floor due to a leaking toilet—an inconvenience that shouldn’t be happening at this price point. Overall, the location is excellent, but the hotel would benefit from some updates and better maintenance to match the quality of its surroundings.

Love the hotel. Service was great. The breakfast is very Turkish fare and if you’re used to granola and fruit (I think that had to do with season to be honest) in the morning… you won’t find it. Other than that we loved it Location is fabulous!

Lovely hotel with great access to the historical part of town. Very clean, and a roof top restaurant for an excellent buffet breakfast with views over the Bosphorus. Very helpful staff - arriving at 7.00AM we were booked in immediately so we could catch up on sleep!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. We arrived very early and were graciously allowed to check in right away, and the staff even guided us to the breakfast buffet so we could refresh ourselves before heading out to explore the city. That level of thoughtfulness made a huge difference after a long journey. The location is also excellent—perfectly situated for sightseeing and getting around easily. I would absolutely stay here again.
