It was the worst hotel that I have ever went to in Turkey, the staff do not help in any kind of way, the rooms are so dirty, they dont provide any kind of help in anyway whhenever you ask them for anything.

Otel gerçekten çok ama çok kirli. En ucuz oda seçeneğinde verdikleri odalarda cam yok. Rezervasyon yaparken bu bilgiyi görmezseniz diye şimdiden söylüyorum. Personel normaldi. Muhatap olmamızı gerektiren bir durum olmadı. Yastıklar, kılıflar, örtüler hatta ve hatta duvarlar aşırı kirliydi.

Oda leş gibi sigara kokuyordu, yatak yastıklar perde heryere çok yoğun sigara kokusu sinmiş. Duman alarmı plastik bir kapak ile kapatılmış. Oda değişimi istediğimde odaların dolu olduğunu söylediler. Dahası duş almak istediğimde daha bir dakika bile geçmeden su bütün banyoyu kapladı çünkü giderin eğimi yanlış yapılmış. Kendiniz temizlemeniz için oraya bir paspas koymuşlar.

Pro: - Zimmer/Dusche waren Sauber. - Zentral in Bakirköy, 3 min bis Marmaray zu Fuß - Günstig Schlecht: - Gebucht war ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick, leider war dies nicht der Fall. - Zimmer hat extrem nach Rauch gestunken - Aufzug geräusche kamen bis ins Zimmer - kein Zimmerservice - Die wände sind extrem dünn, man hört was nebenan passiert und wie sich das Bett wackelt:-) - Matratzen sind unkonfortabel

Son konaklamamızda bize nefes alamayacağınız kadar küçük ve penceresiz bir oda vermeye çalıştılar, itirafiz ettiğimizde penceremiz büyüdü sadece (ve resimde göründüğü gibi mutfaklı falan da değil), son itirazımızda önceki konaklamalarımızda kaldığımız genişliğe erişebildik. Dolandırılmayın, bunun dışında konum olarak merkezi hatta cadde üzerinde fakat otel yeni yapıldığı için her gidişimizde asansör bozuk olduğu için 5 kat merdivenle çıkmak durumunda kaldığımız oldu. Hala öyle midir bilemiyorum. Henüz online rezervasyonu kendi bilgisayarlarından görüntüleyemeyecek kadar hakim değil çalışanlardan bazıları otelcilik olayına, bizden defalarca ödeme bilgisi göstermemizi istedi. Kaldığımız oda fiyat performans açısından güzel bir oda, caddeye bakmayan odaları tercih etmemenizi öneririm.
