We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Niles in Istanbul, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for by the hotel staff. The manager and the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We initially had a bit of a room arrangement hiccup for the last night of our stay. We had booked a different room for that final night due to availability, but the manager wonderfully managed to keep us in the same room the entire time. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were kind and friendly. Upon arrival, we were greeted with delicious apple tea, which set the tone for a warm and welcoming stay. The atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and had a distinct Turkish charm. We stayed in a VIP section that was both calm and beautifully decorated, really giving us a sense of being immersed in Turkish culture. One of the highlights of our stay was having a Turkish hammam right in our room. It was such a special and unique experience that added an extra layer of relaxation and authenticity to our trip. The location of Hotel Niles is also excellent. It’s just a couple of minutes away from the train station, and the surrounding neighborhood is full of charming little shops and high-quality restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the kebab place just a minute’s walk from the hotel on our last night.

This is a hidden gem among the fast pace city. The lobby is priceless with authentic decor. The top floor cafe offers water view and their delicious breakfast (complimentary) offered more options than my appetite could handle. The staff: manager, front desk helped me tremendously in a city where i only speak English.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were fantastic. The hotel manager made a point of introducing himself to us and chatting with us a bit about Istanbul. He was around every morning for breakfast, helping out. The breakfast was very nice and we especially like the fact that ingredients were next to each dish so we could check against any allergies or intolerances. Lots of nice touches were around... historical vignettes about the hotel and its owners, as well as decorative touches.

We had a pleasant stay at hotel niles! Very helpful and friendly staff and they all very welcoming with Turkish tea and Turkish delight when arrival. They helped us to carry our luggage off the car service. They have a buffet breakfast on roof top and delicious meals were prepared. Every where was walkable and grand bazaar was only 4 minutes walk to.

This hotel is in an area close to some of the best attractions in Istanbul. It has very friendly staff that go out of their way to help. Breakfast is great and on the rooftop with a nice view of the harbour. It is surrounded by a number of shops and just a few metres away from the main T1 tramline and a stone's throw away from the massive Grand Bazaar. Highly recommended
