We had a great experience staying at the hotel! Hotel is very clean, the customer service and checking in and checking out were top notch. A classic cozy hotel, nice looking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In general the hotel is very clean and so are the rooms, the beds are comfortable. I have to come back to Istanbul next month and I will stay here again.

Far this is one of the best hotels in Istanbul. We loved the staff were amazing and the hotel was very clean. Accessible to tons of restaurants and ammonites.

Amazing staff special thanks to Miss Enass and Mr Moath , they made sure my stay is wonderful, clean hotel , great location . The hotel room was fairly new and clean. Staff attended to my needs promptly. I enjoyed the balcony sitting out and enjoying my morning tea. It is very close to Taskim Square (4 - 5) minute walk wh I don't remember the front desk clerks name but she was outstanding. I was able to check-in a little earlier on my day of arrival. She guided me on some pertinent information. This hotel is good for a short stay as the room was small. Shower was good. Room had a small kitchenette. I had a pleasant stay.
