The rooms are small, very small, especially when you are traveling with large suitcases. Difficult to find space in the room to open them. Although we booked a three bedroom room for our stay, I was very surprised to see the size of the room. Pictures were misleading. However, after talking to the front desk, we were able to receive a slightly bigger room the next day. Front desk manager Arkan was phenomenal. He provided excellent insight into the area, how to get around, recommended tours, and helped with any request. He made our stay very pleasant! Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk to the main attractions and to the tramway.
