The breakfast was basic but ok. Hotel lift is very small, just about fits four people at one time. Staff were very good and answered any queries I had. A big thank you to Amin, unfortunately I had a very serious accident and Amin showed sympathy and compassion and also took me to the hospital to get checked out. Excellent central location close to Sultehament square and Bosphorus River.

I did not like it because we got overcharged and got a bad skin condition from the close that was washed they mixed the clothe with other people and the overcharge us for it double the price.

Brilliant location.

Small room 3rd floor. Window only opened to an airwell. But at least it was quiet. Good mattress. Good shower. Clean. Brilliant location.

Rooms are way smaller than they look in the pictures, not enough lights in the room and shower quality is quite bad. reception staff tried to give me a much cheaper room than I booked until I complained and the room he gave me later looked way smaller than the pictures I don’t recommend this place at all

Staff & location amazing. Room was disappointing

Bed and pillow were uncomfortable (super hard pillow). The walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Usually rooms have tea/coffee and water. My room came with none of these. The front desk was super kind and friendly and the location is amazing with lots of shops and short walk to iconic places.

Great cleanliness

Cleanliness was the best at this hotel, had a very nice city view from the fifth floor. Breakfast is super basic and not really good. Staff is very nice. The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable. Too much noise from neighbor rooms.

Small room then it looks in the pictures

Room was very small and so was the bathroom. Very cramped and very old looking rooms. Ants on the windows. Not much space to move your luggage around but good for them who will just sleep at night and out of the hotel in the mornings. What i really liked was the hospitality and the seating outside of the hotel. Thats where i spent most of my time.

Had a great stay at Viva deluxe hotel, room was great, clean and very comfortable. Buffer breakfast was amazing. Location was very central, one tram away from Sultanahment - Hagia Sophia. Would definitely stay again 😊

Ok stay for one night as a base to explore

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We stayed for one night with breakfast as a stopover before continuing onto our next flight. The hotel did not look anything like the photos displayed on the website, instead the bed was pushed up in the corner of the room with a peeling side lamp shade. Our room was next to the very noisy lift, which from 10pm onwards was constantly going up and down with hotel guests - I understand this, however we could hear everything. When we came to use the shower the following morning, the warm water did not work however we were only there one night so washed ourselves as fast as possible and made do. Breakfast was good and again the staff were very nice, had we have booked this for more than one night and this being our main destination for our holiday we would have been very disappointed with the standards. I did not feel the need to complain as we were only there a night and paid a good price for the room, however I feel the misconception of what the room looked like (certainly ours) is very misleading.

Booked 2 rooms for 3 persons. Upon arrival, guy on reception said tt i cannot have 2 rooms since i stay only for 1 night, dispice i booked and paid for 2 room. It took some time to convince him to give me 2 room.
