Wonderful hospitality

Such a wonderful hospitality from the young boys in the hotel. The boy at the reception helped us in taking the luggage to room and also cordinating with the taxi guys. They also provided free umbrellas to roam arounf in the snow. i felt like home throughout my stay there and will surely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel stay Istanbul The owner Son Mohamad and staff extremely friendly and helpful,spotless and beautifully decorated, the bathroom was big and clean with hot and strong shower, Breakfast was sufficient, healthy and plentiful. WiFi signal in the room quite strong, comfortable beds with TV, Air-condition....... What else could you ask for? I’m assisted with everything I needed there’s absolutely nothing I would change or complain about in here. The location was great exactly Close to Sultan Ahmad Mosque just by walk. Close to main square. I would happily return back any time in the future. Thank you wonder wood Hotel for Everything.

Had a log cabin feel to it which was very cool. The best of all though was the service and attentiveness of the staff. Alp, who pretty much runs the place, was beyond helpful and speaks amazing english. I will definitely stay there again the next time I go to Istanbul.

It was indeed a very good experience, from arranging airport transfer for us, reassure that we plan our stay well planned and as well as the room comfort. The hotel is a very decent hotel with knowledgeable and super friendly staff. You will feel like home in this hotel. The location of this hotel is also excellent, within 3 mins walking, you can reach the heart of Istanbul. This hotel is surely a hidden gem in Istanbul!

I was initially hesitant to book this property with the lack of reviews, but I'm very glad that I took the chance on a brand-new endeavour (the hotels was only one month old)! The rooms were as well-appointed as some 4 and 5 star hotels in Istanbul. Beautifully clean, wonderful 24-hour service, excellent traditional Turkish breakfast. Would highly recommend.
