O Wifi nao funciona, o quarto do 1 andar 105 absorve todo barulho da rua , o ar condicionado támbem faz um barulho imenso durante a noite , o check-in o horário de entrada nao foi respeitado, era pra entrar as 14horas, fiquei esperando ate as 15 horas para liberação do quarto, sendo que cheguei no hotel as 11horas, mas a limpeza do quarto é otima, o cafe da manhã também é otimo ,mas precisa arrumar o Wifi que nao funciona, ainda falei na recepção, o funcionário disse que funciona sim , achei que ele ia fazer algo mas nada fez , sempre estou por ai em caravanas no gideoes e final de ano , mas esse ano resolvi ficar ai , mas infelizmente nao atingiu minha expectativa, em relação ao valor que foi pago, se arrumarem a internet, respeitarem o horário de check-in , e arrumar esse ar condicionado barulhento , fica com nota 10,

Decepcionou
Vinha programando essa viagem há algum tempo. Encontrei a acomodação no hotels.com e fiz a reserva de um quarto quadruplo luxo, com duas camas de casal. Chegando no hotel, fiz o checkin e fui com minha família para o quarto. Primeira decepção: um quarto realmente pequeno, com características de quarto padrão. Segunda decepção: uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro (em relação a isso o problema é menor, já que a segunda cama de casal seria para meus filhos), vale pontuar que não foi isso que eu contratei. Terceira decepção: andamos descalços e nossos pés ficaram muito sujos. Questionei na recepção e o recepcionista informou que o quarto era aquele mesmo e que o hotel sequer possui quarto com duas camas de casal. Foi muito frustrante, claramente recebi um produto inferior ao contratado. Mesmo que de maneira geral, o atendimento tenha sido bom, não voltarei a me hospedar nesse hotel, como também não o recomendarei.

Primeira avaliação é para o Hotels.com, que não deixa claro, que o estacionamento é cobrado, paguei R$ 30,00 por dia, porem falaram que teve aumento ( vale ressaltar, que tem manobristas que trazem e levam o carro) O custo beneficio do Hotel é excelente eu voltaria. Café da manhã aos finais de semana excelente, na semana bom. Não tem acústica nas janelas, como o hotel fica em uma avenida movimentada, faz bastante barulho. O ar condicionado do quarto que eu estive, só ventila e faz muito barulho. são apenas esses 2 pontos que ficam a desejar, de resto vale bastente. Fica bem localizado, pertinho da praia e de vários restaurantes
