Nossa satisfação começou na recepção pela Glaucia e pelo Fabio, fomos muito bem atendidos e recepcionados de forma muito especial como se já fossemos conhecidos. No restaurante não foi diferente, tivemos sugestões de pratos excelentes pelo Vinicius e também muito bem atendido pelo Lucas. No café da manhã, a Kelly nos ajudou muito e com muita dedicação, principalmente pelas restrições alimentares da minha esposa. Também no checkout, fomos muito bem atendidos pelo recepcionistas. Quartos não tem aquecimento. Apesar de ter equipamento de ar condicionado, o mesmo não tem a função de aquecimento. Determinada noite, foi encontrada uma barata dentro do banheiro. Pedimos via telefone adicional de cobertas, mais de 30 minutos e não foi entregue. Tivemos que ir na recepção pedir.
