The first floor, independent from the ground floor, accommodates up to 6 people. It consists of a large entrance hall with fireplace and a spacious and bright kitchen equipped with all comforts including dishwasher and microwave overlooking the surrounding green landscape; terrace equipped with barbecue, table, chairs and sofas to enjoy life in the open air. Three air-conditioned double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower complete the flat.

An ideal place to relax in the tranquillity of nature without renouncing the proximity of the neighbouring tourist centres: Formia for shopping, the tourist port and the ferries to the islands (Km.12); Gaeta with its sandy beaches equipped for bathing, the green park of Monte Orlando and the monuments of the historical centre (Km.13); Sperlonga with its characteristic historical centre and the archaeological sites (Km. 10).
