Expertly crafted 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom St. George vacation home well appointed with designer furnishings located in the new vacation home resort community Paradise Village at Zion in Santa Clara, Utah.

Designer furnishings add a special blend of character and functionality to this home. Comfortable blended with rustic. Similar to the surrounding desert area. This home is brand new and ready for vacationers to enjoy.

Close, but not too close, steps from the back patio to the beautiful, newly completed multiple-tiered swimming pool. The large, upper pool splashes into the lower pool over a connecting waterfall feature. A large, "red-rock" waterslide falls into the lower pool near the kid-friendly, Shamu-deck (shallow pool). Pool is awesome any day, all year round!

Take in some sun and lay out on one of the generously spaced sun decks surrounding the pools. Or, enjoy the on-site poolhouse fitness center including treadmill, weights and additional equipment. Poolhouse also includes an indoor and an outdoor lounge area with functional gas fireplaces and comfortable patio furniture.

A quick walk right next door brings you to Gubler Park. Gubler Park is a gathering area for little league baseball, family or group activities including use of the open grassy areas. There is a pavilion and splash pad that is available for reservations (inquire for phone number). ***UPDATE*** : Completed pickleball courts and sand volleyball as well as a few covered tables and bathrooms! This area turned out awesome and is ready to enjoy! This is a joint improvement project between Paradise Village at Zion and Santa Clara City in the Northwest corner of Gubler Park.

Red Rock Villa has an unmatched location with on-site community-private pool, adjacent city park with endless amenities, public walk/jog/bike paths leading from the doorway that interconnect the whole area, and gorgeous views of the entryway to Snow Canyon. Also close by are miles of Santa Clara and Saint George trail networks for mountain biking, hiking, trail running, as well as (separate) trails for ATV-ing! There is something for everyone.

Enjoy nearby attractions Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, St. George, Tuacahn Amphitheater, Entrada Golf, Sand Hollow Golf Course, Dixie College, downtown St. George for many festivals and events throughout the year.

Great three-bedroom place. It was clean and had everything we needed. The garage is tall so it fit my van, which was nice. There is not much sound proofing in the house so you can hear the kids playing in the pool. It's not a deal breaker but something to know. It is not a quiet neighborhood but everyone was nice and friendly. It is a easy walk to Harmons grocery store which has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house in this amazing neighborhood. There was clear communication with the owner and he responded when I had a question before booking. The house was perfect for our needs and it had everything we needed. Close to pool and friends staying nearby. There was a binder with full instructions to anything in the neighborhood as well as checkout instructions. Emails also had clear instructions. We would definitely stay at Perfect Red Rock again.

Few hiccups but overall good

This is a great location and the pools were awesome for the kids. There was a few little hiccups, such as the fire alarm going off in the middle of night due to needing batteries, a fire alarm missing over the front door and the main bathroom door needed to be fixed (Our friends actually fixed the door because it was driving the kids crazy). But otherwise it was fine. I will say the kids room with the dual bunkbed is a very tight squeeze, so you'll want to make sure all the kiddos in that sleeping arrangement get along. Otherwise it was an overall good experience. I did think it was interesting that the check-out required so much from the renters, because you pay a cleaning fee and then have to strip down beds and do dishes and take out the garbage, which is more than I have ever been asked to do when renting a vacation home, but since we do most of that anyways when we rent as a courtesy it wasn't a huge deal. It was just interesting being asked. The property manager is very attentive and gets back to you in a timely manner so if you have any problems he will be quick to get back to you. I really liked how the stocked the kitchen was on supplies, it made it nice to make our own dinners and lunches. Overall a good experience.

Great location within Paradise Village

We love coming to this neighborhood! The pools parks and open space are awesome for kids and the proximity to Snow Canyon and all the things to do in St George is ideal. We love being on this side of town out of the hustle and bustle! Kitchen is stocked so well, just like you’re at home. It was nice not having to buy basic spices and oils. The amount of “extras” the owner thoughtfully on hand was impressive from extra blankets, towels, laundry detergent, garbage bags etc. The distance to pools without hearing the noise was perfect! Home is pretty basic but served our needs. My only complaint is the home having cameras and other security devices that I questioned. I don’t agree with vacation rentals having cameras, I felt our privacy was in question and it was a tad uncomfortable despite the owner telling us they were off.

The perfect location for family

This property had a perfect location with proximity to the pool and a patio which was set on a grassy space. The kitchen window had a view of the grass and play outside to supervise our little ones. It was a short walk to the pool which we accessed continually! This is the perfect place to come home to after a day outdoors and with the fireplace
 perfect for our games and indoor play during rain storms. Kendrick was available and responsive. The property description was accurate and furnishings were updated, lovely. The property was organized and uncluttered. Thank you for having us!

WONDERFUL & PEACEFUL home

Home was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. It was in excellent condition, very clean & new. Plenty of beds, blankets, dishes, pans & dish/laundry soap for our stay. Enjoyed the workout room, community pools, water slides, lazy river & nearby pickle courts too. A short drive to Tuacan Theater for outdoor nativity also. Kendrick provided excellent check-in instructions & had a detailed book in the kitchen for all questions related to home & local area. We had zero issues & never needed to contact him for anything during our stay. This place is top-notch & shows the owners care about guests!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!! Hope to stay here again.
