The Space

A two-bedroom apartment set over two levels, in Jacks Point, south of Queenstown.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms. Please let us know your preferred configuration when booking.

Bathrooms: One bathroom with a standing shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, Smart TV and modern furnishings.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, extractor fan, microwave, fridge.

Balcony: This property has one small balcony out front that faces the parking lot. And another one off of both of the bedrooms that faces the golf course.

Bedroom 2: 1 King Sized Bed or Single Sized Beds

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Located in Jack’s Point—one of Queenstown’s most scenic and peaceful communities—you’ll be surrounded by open landscapes, bike trails, and the award-winning Jack’s Point Golf Course. The neighborhood is known for its striking views, architectural style, and easy access to both Queenstown and The Remarkables

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Internal stairs only (17 steps)

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (133 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
