Beautifully decorated and recently updated, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the Amelia Island Omni grounds offers a bright and airy retreat with an open floor plan perfect for making lasting memories. The quaint kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals, and the condo features vaulted ceilings and spacious bedrooms, each with balcony access for relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book. You're just steps away from the Beach Walker community pool and the ocean, with one designated parking spot and additional open parking for guests.



The Beach Walker complex is a highly sought-after area on the Omni grounds, and this villa is located in the prime buildings with the best views and closest beach access. Guests can enjoy the newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool, a short walk away, featuring a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area. While staying in this property you can stroll through the Omni Amelia Island shops and restaurants, recharge at the nearby spa and salon, visit the miniature golf course just down the road, or enjoy a game of golf on one of the Resort's famous luxury golf courses! The Omni Amelia Island Resort has more than just an array of amenities, it is its own small community within the most beautiful and secluded region on the entire island. The Resort encompasses the southern tip of the island and offers 24-hour security with private gate access only. The Beach Walker pool is also conveniently located between the beach and the condominium and is perfect for a relaxing dip on your way back in from a day at the beach. This is truly a paradise within a paradise!



PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT OFFER AN OMNI AMENITY CARD. No golf packages are included. Guests do have access to the resort's restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa.



Pets under 50 lbs are welcome, with the stipulation that no aggressive breeds are allowed and pets must be crated when guests are away from the rental.



RVs, trailers, and boats are not allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

This is a pet-friendly unit. We do have a pet fee that will be applied to your account by Amelia Island Vacations. The pet fee is $175 per pet, max number of pets allowed is two unless you have spoken with Amelia Island Vacations and 50 lbs is the maximum weight per animal unless approved by Amelia Island Vacations.



There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.

We stayed for a much needed long weekend- and the property was just as pictured. Very cozy with all of the comforts of home. The unit is easily accessible from the parking area- only a few steps. Located in a really great area of the Omni Resort- lots to do and great access to the beach. We love Amelia Island, and would recommend staying here. The property manage me t is quick to responses and very easy to work with. Just a great vacation!

Great property close to the beach

Very nice condo on Amelia Island. Walkway directly to the beach to view beautiful sunrises. Property was quiet and the management was responsive. I would recommend having a car because taxis in this area are expensive and ride shares are scarce.

We loved our stay here. The condo had much more than we even expected. It was the perfect size...they even had coffee on hand. Great location although the buildings and architecture make it a bit had to find your place and your parking space. Overall, great experience and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this condo for a long weekend. It is an easy walk from the back of the building right onto the wooden path which led to the beach. Our dog enjoyed running around on the deserted beach every morning. We did not use the kitchen much, but it looked to be well stocked

Great rental. It accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 9) very well. Clean but we found a pill on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived which was a bit disturbing . Other than that great place. Great location very close to the beach and pool. Beds were very comfortable . Overall really nice place and amazing location. There is so much to do with kids on the Omni resort and most of it is free!

We rented the place for the week of our daughter’s wedding and it was perfect. It was so nice to have a clean quiet place to relax after running errands and going to events. No matter where we were going it was no more than a 15-20 minute drive. We would love to return for a time to enjoy the parks and local restaurants.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured/described. The kitchen was small but stocked with everything you needed and more. The bedrooms were spacious and the balcony was my favorite part. I do wish you could see the ocean from the balcony but it still has a pretty view. We will definitely be back to stay here again next year.
