   Secluded by design, we offer our guests unparalleled privacy, surrounded exclusively by the natural beauty of the shoreline to the east and the waters of the Intracoastal Waterway directly to the west. This makes Coquina one of the most unique resorts to be found anywhere along the Florida coast. When the tourist in you gets curious about the local culture or hungry for some fine cuisine and artsy treasure hunting, downtown St. Augustine hums with activity just 13 miles to the north. Fort Matanzas National Monument, an 18th century Spanish fort, is two short miles to the south and a must-see historic landmark.

   Everything imaginable in this condo is tailored to please your upscale tastes. The furnishings and soothing color scheme complement the setting. A fully equipped kitchen, boasting quartz countertops, makes dining-in, or just brewing that morning coffee, so convenient. Two bedrooms (king and two queens) and two full baths comfortably accommodate up to six guests.  And if we had to guess your favorite spot… your private oceanfront balcony for the VIEW!!  

       Three HD LED TVs (the living room unit is a 47-inch, 3D TV) each come with a Blue Ray HD DVD player. You’ll also enjoy having free Wi-Fi, three Amazon Alexa’s that can be used as Bluetooth speakers or on-demand media players, and three Roku boxes for viewing your favorite shows on Netflix and much more. Towels, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries are furnished. And when heading to the beach, enjoy having private access, two complimentary beach chairs, an umbrella, and four beach towels. 

       The ambiance of Coquina stretches out across its manicured grounds, accented with towering palm trees and lush greenery. The Olympic-sized pool and kids’ pool, only steps from your condo, will cool you and your family by day, while the large community deck, with its gas grills, generous seating, and the dramatic backdrop of the Intracoastal Waterway at sunset are sure to be a favorite gathering place for food, fun, and laughter.

The condo is amazing in all aspects. The decor is welcoming, beautiful, and comfortable. In fact it has an atmosphere that puts one instanatly into "relax mode" The view from its balcony out over gardens, the pool area and out to the beach and its ever-soothing waves, certainly untangles one! The Condo is also very well equipped from good kitchen equipment to HD TVs right down to beach chairs, an umbrella, a picnic cooler and a variety sports equipment.for outdoors. We enjoyed being in close proximity to Washington Oaks State Park where we found access to nature trails, picnic grounds,and beautiful gardens. The Condo is also located near many great eating spots. St. Augustine offers a wide variety of community events, concerts, and music festivals as well as a great deal of historical venues in the Old Town. We will certainly be back to this condo to savour many more long walks on its very special beach!

These owners have 'Customer Service' down

The moment my wife and children arrived we were amazed at all the wonderful touches throughout the condo. We love the key less locks as sooner or later one of us will lose a key. It is great having our own customized code. As others have said the views are spectacular. This is a very small complex so you feel extreme privacy yet the few travelers that we did meet were very friendly. The condo, the grounds are both extremely clean and impeccably kept. This complex is a step above anything else on Crescent Beach. The owners actually give you a beach bag with all kinds of needed items that can be used around the beach ie: hats, friz bee, suntan lotion, lip balm, bug spray......and this is just in the beach bag. They have wine for us parents when we arrive....a very nice touch btw and chocolates on the beds. I would not know how they taste as my kids devoured them immediately. The list goes on and on for amenities. This particular condo is heavily booked but it is worth the wait so book now for next year....Wait not the same week that we are coming back though.

Quiet location but close to activities

We stayed at the Coquina condo at Crescent Beach for four nights. The condo was adequate enough. It is in a quiet location with a private beach and a pool. The pool is not heated so it was too cold to get in. The condo states they had beach chairs so I did not take mine; however they were just regular lawn chairs so not at all comfortable to sit on the beach.

Another wonderful stay at B207!

This was our second time staying at Coquina B207, and once again, it did not disappoint. The condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and stocked with everything we could need for the beach! We adore Crescent Beach and how peaceful it is - even over spring break week, there would be times when we had the beach almost to ourselves. The view with our morning coffee was amazing - you will catch some beautiful sunrises here for sure! Thank you for a restful and restorative week - it was everything we hoped it would be after a long Wisconsin winter!

The best beach for relaxing and fun

The Coquina Condos are a great spot for relaxing and fun for a week at the beach. Beautiful beach for walks, laying in the sun and enjoying the weather. Fantastic pool on the beach as well! Condo grounds are immaculate. The accommodations are great as well, with clean, comfortable surroundings and appointments. Has everything you need for a complete weeks stay, including for cooking. Back deck of the Condo is perfect for drinks and sunset viewing. This is our 4th time staying and we love it!

Enjoyed our stay at Coquina

This was our first stay in Crescent Beach and the Coquina Condo Resort. The unit is a beautifully decorated, on the 2nd/3rd floor and has a great view of the pool and ocean. There is plenty of room for a small family so we had room to spare as there were only 2 of us. The unit has updated appliances, furniture. We had just a couple of hickups - one dealt with the digital lock that stopped working and had to be replaced. The other was a minor plumbing issue in the master sink. Other than that it was a beautiful unit. The resort property was built back in the 70s. It's well-maintained but pool chairs should probably be replaced. Also, the pool is not heated so if it's chilly you probably won't be swimming. Our trip was in November and the weather was great but we found this particular beach to be pretty quiet....to the point of boring. Some probably seek that but after a few days we were ready for more activity. There are quite a few good restaurants within just a short drive and of course, St. Augustine is just a few minutes north. The owner was really nice to work with and made every attempt to make sure we enjoyed our stay. If we ever go back to this area of Florida we would definitely return.

Beautiful and relaxing

As always, this location and property never disappoint. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, responsive owner and property staff. The beach access is superb, and the pool area is one of the best right on the beach. We love coming here and will definitely return!

brilliant, its just like staying in someone's home

This condo is great - from the comfort of the lounge to everything in the kitchen that you need, even a dishwasher that works!! The view is to die for, over the pool and out to sea, lovely to sit and watch the waves with your morning cup of tea. That's if you can get out of bed, they were so comfy I think I could have spent the whole week in bed, the linen and towels were first class as were all the fittings. The whole place was lovely and clean, bathrooms spotless. If you had children with you then the game consoles would be great keep them quite for hours. The large tv in the lounge - and all the dvd's spoilt for choice, in fact there were several nights when we didn't even go out. The booking procedure was easy and all questions were answered more or less by return, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We have been back just over two weeks and already the deposit has been returned. Thank you for letting us use your home because that's what it is, it goes far and beyond a normal holiday let.
