Room was small and dark, neither the bathroom door or front door really shut. Very rundown feeling, especially for the price. After a couple of hours we made reservations for a different hotel and left. Very frustrating to be out the cost for the reservations here, but we couldn't stay there comfortably. Front desk staff was nice.

The room was fair, as in it was a room. The sheets were rough, lighting in the room was lacking, one stand alone lamp until you could find the switches for wall lights. Television and provided channels were good, but the size of t.v. overpowered the room.

When we arrived the room smelled extremely musty. We attempted to put on the AC unit to try to dry it out. We couldn’t get it started so I attempted to call the front desk to then find the phone didn’t work. I then went to the front desk to report the issue. Maintenance was called to the room. They were able to get it started however every time we tried to plug something else in, the switch would trip. They were not able to put us in another room because the hotel was full. It was a very disappointing experience.

The room was a great condition, but the exterior of the place needed updates and paints, the parking lot was small, the continental breakfast had limited choices.

A large pet and parking fees were not disclosed at time of booking, resulting in almost 60% increase in price. They allowed pets, but were not pet friendly. I have never heard of a parking fee, when the parking was onsite; this is ridiculous and deceptive. There were limited outlets in the room; no bath mat (so the bathroom floor was slippery when stepping out of shower), had to unplug the lamp to turn it off, lack of lighting in the room. Not worth the money. They also only allow dogs less than 40 pounds; this was not disclosed at time of booking.
