This bright and airy two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the Amelia Island Omni Resort grounds features an open floor plan, perfect for creating lasting memories. The quaint kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals, and the vaulted ceilings and spacious bedrooms make it feel like a true home away from home. Both bedrooms have balcony access, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book. You'll be just steps away from the newly renovated Beach Walker community pool and the ocean. A designated parking spot and additional guest parking are available for your convenience.



Located in the highly sought-after Beach Walker complex, this villa offers prime views and the closest beach access. Guests can enjoy the newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool, featuring a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area, just a short walk away.



We provide fresh linens and towels for our guests, along with a starter pack of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also available for your use.



During your stay, explore the resort’s acclaimed biking and walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, and restaurants. Alternatively, visit the charming Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach, about a 15-minute drive north, for eclectic dining and shopping options. This place is exceptional. Just like the pictures provided. Short walk to beach and pool. Plenty of good restaurants close by. Beach is beautiful and great for walking It was not crowed at all and it was Memorial day weekend.Only issue we had was finding our way around the resort. It was not an issue wuth the propery owners but the resort. They need better signage for directions throughout the property. We had to figure it out on our own and ask people for directions. Other people were doing the same thing. We asked the guard shack for a map but said they did not provide one.

Peaceful oasis

We had a very relaxing visit in this quaint condo on the more lush side of Amelia island. The condo was just a very short walk to the beach. Very close to Omni resort . Wonderful area to walk the beach or surrounding grounds.

It was very nice place. I believe it’s for sale right now so I’m not sure how much longer it will be on the market but given the price they’re asking probably a while. It was built in 1974 so it gives out the 1974 vibe but everything was clean and the floors are somewhat updated and we enjoyed our stay.

My family and I rented this condo specifically because of its proximity to my in-laws condo in the next building. It did not disappoint! It was the perfect space for our family of 4 and the beds slept great.

Amazing vacation

We had such a wonderful time. Our accomodations were exactly as described. Everything we needed was available. Customer service was beyond excellent! The beach was quiet and beautiful, and the property was clean with plenty of walking trails and things to do. We will definitely be back! 5 stars from our family!!

Nice, hassle free, beautiful area. There was no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and no spares to be found, so we bought some. That was really the only minor thing!!

Responsive host and great beach access

Check in and access were very smooth, and the property was as described in the listing. The bedrooms are located at the back of the unit, where there was a lift truck working on the unit above this one, so there was construction noise during the day and no privacy on the balcony. The unit is a bit tired and could use some refreshing. The kitchen is tight, but adequate, and the large living/dining area was perfect for our group (two couples) for three nights. The beach is close and it's a nice walk to the Omni.

Heaven at Amelia Island

I have to rave about Amelia Island Vacations, and especially Amanda. I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong YEAR (24 instead of 23), and she called me the day we were driving there, and was so wonderful and accomodating! She magically helped us find a condo at the last minute, and it was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the perfect location. My error turned into a wonderful vacation for us, and I can't thank Amanda and Amelia Island Vacations enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Great Location- Unit in desperate need of Update

Great location if you are most concerned with proximity to beach. A five minute walk to pool/beach. Layout of unit is quite weird and kitchen setup is uncomfortable. Unit is in desperate need of a remodel (wallpaper from 90s and original builder grade counters). Omni plantation was very nice and pool was great. All that being said, we enjoyed our time there.

Proverbs was listed as ocean view and it was not. Bathroom floors were dirty and we were infested with ants for three days in the kitchen and living room area. someone from the office came once and left us a can of raid to deal with spraying, sweeping and vacuuming up the mess from it. Not acceptable.

Family Vacation

Had a great time! But walk to beach was a bit much! Tree fell on car, dented it. And I was told by the rental company it was my responsibility to pay deductible and I was on my own to get it fixed. Though I was on the property of the Omni plantation. Not happy with that decision!
