A quick 1 minute walk to the Sand! This updated Jax Beach home is the ideal place to enjoy a coastal vacation! Very clean with a non contact check in. Come stay in this sparkling clean home that is perfectly located walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Whole Foods, Starbucks and less than 5 miles from Mayo Clinic! Your stay includes fast WIFI, Smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, fully fenced backyard providing you privacy and two balconies.



The Space:

STEPS TO THE BEACH!! Perfect location for everything you need. A short walk to Starbucks, Bold Bean local coffee shop, Whole Foods grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and Huguenot Park which includes a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and a pond. This clean and newly built home includes smart TVs with fast Wi-Fi! 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach cart and beach towels!

The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster and everything you will need to feel at home!

There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.

The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.

Directly across the street is Huguenot Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground and a pond. There is a Whole Foods .3 miles away along with many restaurants, stores, and nail salons in the area. Half a mile to the local favorite coffee shop, Bold Bean.



Getting Around:

If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Bike rentals. They will bring them right to you!

We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

- Please note that if the propane tank for the grill is empty during your stay, it's the guest's responsibility to refill it. We recommend checking the tank upon arrival to plan accordingly. We are happy to reimburse one propane refill with a receipt.



-Trash/recycle days are posted in the house and in our house manual. We would appreciate if guest could take the bins out on the specified days.

Gem on the beach

We had an amazing stay.  Walking distance to Whole Foods, The beach, take out restaurants and great sit-down restaurants as well.  Also, a couple of turns off of 3rd street to get anywhere you need to go.  The place is modern and very clean with all the creature comforts of home.  The crown jewel is the enclosed outdoor sitting area out the back slider.  Beautifull, peaceful and quiet.    All 3 floors have an outdoor balcony.  We could not have been more pleased with our stay than we were.

Jax Beach Oasis!

Beautiful property, exactly like the photos. Ease of beach access can't be beat! Property included beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. Home fully stocked with shower products, cleaning supplies, coffee, etc. Hostess communication was excellent. She anticipated our needs, checked in with us before, during, and after our stay and was very responsive. Restaurant recommendations provided in the home guide notebook were super helpful and all excellent! Park across the street was also fun. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

we came from Richmond Virginia and South Bend IndianaGreat location, minutes away from grocery stores, Costco and Trader Joe’sLocation was critical for us, very nice park across the street (was great for our German shepherd and easy walk to beachPlace was clean, kitchen had decent utensils and pans to work with (would like one larger bowl we did a couple real meals there)This year the home worked out great giving a 4 month old and her parents space on the top floor. I lived in Jax Bch for years

The location is fantastic. You are right in the middle of everything but far enough south of the downtown scene that you avoid the crowds and madness.The stairs leading up to third floor (master suite) are a tad narrow so you need to be aware that if you have issues with stairs, this will be a problem. Otherwise, the place and location worked just fine for my Christmas with my sons in Jacksonville.

Amazing Place, Location and Host

This place was absolutely PERFECT! The condo had everything we needed and more! Loved the back patio to relax in the evening after a day at the beach, or for coffee after our morning walk on the beach - just a very short walk from the property. We enjoyed preparing breakfast each day in the fully stocked kitchen before heading to the beach. Beach towels were provided, (which doesn't always happen but is always appreciated for those who fly rather than drive), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and even a CART to take it all to the beach. Convenient shopping all very close including Trader Joe's (one of our favorites), Publix, and even Costco! We would definitely stay at this exact place again! The host, Coco was amazing and so easy to communicate with - and VERY helpful with suggestions on the area. Our time at Jax Beach was incredible and having the perfect accommodations certainly helped us enjoy our time there. We will be back!

Work hard play hard!

We needed to have a working meeting with 5 people from our company. We wanted a nice space to be able to collaborate and also socialize. It was the perfect space for all of that and more. We added in early morning walks on the beach and nice dinners out. It was the perfect location and the host was awesome!

Excellent in most respects

The property was excellent in most respects: great location, spacious, nicely decorated. A few negative comments: 1. It’s impossible to open the dishwasher without also opening the refrigerator door, and even then it’s very difficult. (The two are at right angles with each other.) 2. The television is one of those “smart TVs” that doesn’t have cable coverage but instead requires you to use some other subscription that you have. I had to run off to Best Buy to get an HDMI cable so that I could watch MLB playoffs. 3. There are 2-1/2 bathrooms. The listing says three. 4. There are no screens on the windows. Bugs invaded on one occasion.

Quick family trip to the beach

Great home with plenty of space for my family. The master suite and bathroom was beautiful. We loved that it was just a short little walk to the beach. Coco was great with communication while still allowing our privacy. Check-in and check out process was super easy. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our stay was amazing. This was my first trip to Jacksonville Beach. The rental was clean and very nice. The neighbors were so nice. It was an extremely short walk to the beach with an amazing little park across from the rental for those that don’t like the beach all day. It is a short drive to any restaurant. We had the best time! The place is very functional and nice and the location could not be better! Very easy walk to the beach. Playground and park right across the street. Down time at the beach

We came to property after doing quite a bit of driving in need of a couple days at the beach. The house was so close to the beach (4 minute walk) and anything else you needed. My only recommendation would be a curtain for the slider and some decent beach chairs. Our stay was perfect from booking to check out! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful home.

Wonderful property- beautifully appointed, clean and close to everything. Across the street from cute little park and just steps to the beach. Highly recommend- would happily stay here again!
