Worst Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed At In My Life!!!

Location was horrible!! Hotel room was bare minimal. Linen and towels were dirty!!! Ton and sink were dirty. Carpet was nasty!! Lighting fixtures were hanging out of the walls. A couple below us were fighting through the night! Strange people were knocking on our doors all through the night. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! And I really feel that my money was wasted because I didn’t even stay the second night that I paid for. But didn’t even bother saying anything because I knew they wouldn’t refund my money! I will never again in life stay there!!! NEVER!!!

Don’t get me wrong. The room was very nice and all the staff was very nice but it was a little noisy outside. A lot of people hanging out in the parking lot and the hotel next to us was pretty rough looking but I was so tired that I slept really, really good. Nothing wrong with the hotel. I stayed at. I felt a little unsafe going in and out of the room, only because I was by myself, and there were quite a few people hanging around outside that looked a little sketchy.

Hair dryer in bathroom did not work and was offered to go to an empty room to dry hair. Bathroom needed finished repairs to baseboards around tub. Not bad but could have been more inviting.

The stay was ok. The room itself was not as clean as expected, hair and food were on the floor and stains on the blankets. The bathroom was clean, but no new toilet paper was there, a pretty much completely empty toilet paper roll was there. I requested a late check out (which they offer) and they told me I would have to pay for an extra day in order to do a late check out. I requested a late check out the day before my check out( which I was told to do) but when the day came to check out I was told I needed to be out of the room at 11 and the housekeepers kept banging on the door an hour before I had to leave.

Room was adequate. The ice machine was right outside our door which made for a loud morning with people filling up their coolers but otherwise was worth the money we paid. Looked very clean although the bathtub was super slippery.

Best place in Jacksonville

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week, and it was an excellent experience. The food was consistently delicious, and it exceeded my expectations. The customer service was absolutely top-notch—some of the best I’ve ever encountered. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future!
