GREAT LOCATION! Make yourself at home in our Jax Beach Retreat!! Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, bars and fishing pier! In a hurry? Grab a beach cruiser (2 included) and make your way to downtown Jax Beach, Neptune Beach, or Atlantic Beach. Suite boasts large bedroom, bathroom, and separate room equipped with basic dining necessities. Close enough to all the beach has to offer but secluded enough to relax and unwind. Private yard and patio for guest to enjoy the beach breeze.

Large second story guest suite has private entrance, yard and patio, and separate dining room/kitchenette. Great location! Walk or bike to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops! Also includes use of three beach cruisers, and beach basics (chairs, towels, bag, etc.). Kich your feet up and relax at our breezy home!!

Guest have access to entire guest suite on second story over garage (garage is not used by resident`s on the property so no need to worry about constant noise from garage door!). Private entrance via door immediately to the left of garage door. Private driveway for AirBnb guest only and private yard.

We live down the street and are available to answer questions or help with local recommendations!

Prime beach location! 6 blocks from the ocean. Walking distance to downtown Jax Beach or bike to Neptune Beach/Atlantic Beach. Restaurants, bars, surf shops and more! Grocery store within 1 mile. All you need right here!

Jax Beach has everything you need in a mile radius! Plenty of parking if you prefer to drive but biking and Uber are also good options!

Clean and close to good food and coffee. FYI: To walk to the beach you need to cross a 4 lane road. I’d recommend biking but you can walk for sure.
