This single-story condo offers an easy, comfortable layout designed for a seamless stay. The enclosed Florida room extends the living space, offering a peaceful setting with views of the second fairway - an ideal spot to read, work, or simply take in the surroundings. A flat screen TV with standard cable and Wifi keep you connected throughout your stay, and a dedicated workspace provides a convenient place to focus when needed.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary suite features a king bed and direct access to the Florida room, creating a restful retreat with easy indoor-outdoor flow. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, well suited for children, friends, or additional guests. Two full bathrooms offer added comfort and convenience for up to four guests.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides a full setup for preparing meals during your stay, with a dining table for four nearby and additional seating at the breakfast bar. Whether you’re enjoying a quick bite before heading out or a relaxed meal at home, the layout keeps everything within easy reach. Laundry facilities are also available for added convenience, especially during longer stays.

Outdoor living & access
A short 0.4-mile walk leads to neighborhood beach access, where you can enjoy the shoreline at your own pace. Back at the condo, the Florida room offers a sheltered vantage point over the fairway, blending indoor comfort with the natural surroundings. Free parking on premises - 2 spaces - and a private entrance add to the ease of your stay.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private, member-only club. Guest access is Not Included.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return it along with a photo ID that matches your reservation to finalize your booking.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
