Walking through the front door 415 Ocean Park you will experience the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean will immediately take your breath away. Painted a tranquil shade of blue, and adorned with many coastal decor elements throughout, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse creates the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation getaway!

The spacious living area is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy quality time with the whole family. Well appointed with a neutral colored sleeper sofa, 3 accent chairs, a large flat screen television, and a spectacular view of the ocean, this living space has it all.

Walking through a glass slider just off the living area, you will find the balcony furnished with a high-top table and seating for 4 guests. Here you can enjoy an early morning sunrise or a low key afternoon dinner al Fresca.

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen offers upgraded stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry and connects to the main living area so that you can enjoy the best view while whipping up a delicious home cooked meal. The dining area provides seating for 6 guests at the large wooden table while the bar area offers additional seating for 3. The tan eclectic bookshelf in the dining area plays host to many good books you are welcome to enjoy during your stay.

Beautiful paneled French doors with shades separate the living room from the master bedroom. A king bed with a beachy wooden headboard, a flat screen television, a desk area, and lovely coastal décor make this master retreat something to be desired. The en suite master bath includes a double vanity and walk in shower as well as a separate water closet.

Down the hall, the second bedroom features a gorgeous distressed metal king bed with a plush coral and seashell comforter, and a flat screen television. The third bedroom offers a full bed and a twin bed. A second bathroom sits in the hall for convenient access from these two bedrooms.

The Ocean Park Complex offers immaculately kept grounds, a beautiful pool with a waterfall and hot tub, and a barbecue area. Enjoy a refreshing swim after a day at the beach while preparing delicious burgers on the gas grills.

This wonderful seaside 3 bedroom condominium is only a 5 minute walk from the gorgeous Amelia Island beach and only a 5 minute drive from Fernandina's eclectic downtown area. The main beach area offers several activities for children such as a miniature golf course, a large playground, volleyball courts, a concession stand, and a skate park. Sip on your frozen beverage of choice while relaxing on the beach at The Sand Bar, a casual beach bar and restaurant, just a short walk from this unit. Located only half a mile from the Ocean Park Complex, Fort Clinch State Park presents the perfect place for many recreational activities such as bicycling, fishing, hiking, sunbathing, beachcombing, shelling, swimming, picnicking, and wildlife viewing.

Our family of 8 enjoyed staying here! This is a nice condo with a decent view of the ocean. It is a few blocks back so you’re looking over a few rooftops but you can still see the waves. The porch is nice. The beds were good.

This was the perfect quiet getaway by the ocean. There are plenty of activities if you want to get out, but also plenty to do right at the condo and beach if you want to stay put. The unit was spacious and the master bed is so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me. I would love to come back and visit again sometime!

Nice condo adjacent to Ft Clinch. Downtown Fernandina Bch was busy on Sunday night. Very nice pool, parking was convenient. Elevator made getting to 4th floor easy. Best was the sunrise from the 4th Floor.

This condo is clean, wonderful amenities, beautiful view, comfortable beds, big kitchen, and having access to a pool to use after a long beach day was a bonus! Family vacation

We loved this place! This is the perfect spot to bring kids. Very convenient to restaurants, parks, ice cream, mini golf etc.. There was plenty of space for all the gear that comes with young kids (huge plus!!). The living room space was the perfect size to seat everyone comfortably. The view from the balcony was amazing and we loved the pool! Very clean property and we were sad to leave. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful condo, gorgeous view!

This condo was wonderful! The only thing that would make it better is if we could live here, full-time. It was spacious with the beautiful view you see in the pictures. The management company was attentive, and the location was exactly what we were hoping for. It's a short walk to the beach, but only a 2 minute drive, with easy public parking if you drive there. We were also maybe 10 minutes from the historic section of Amelia Island, with plenty to see and do. Loved it and would definitely recommend this condo!

Amazing view and great walkable location

This condo is 4 short blocks from the beach right next to a beach park. It is a short walk to a few restaurants (we really enjoyed Salt Life). Cinch Park is literally around the corner (bikeable). The condo has ample space throughout. The kitchen is outfitted well. There is a private garage to park your car and 3 beach chairs and buggy. The pool and hot tub area are well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Nice Condo

We were very pleased with the condo except one thing which isn’t a deal breaker. I have never rented a condo where the owner didn’t have cable. Not everyone cast and streams. Thank goodness son in law has YouTubeTV.
