I had to change my room twice. They gave me one uncleaned room, and there was residue in the toilet in the bathroom. The second room had bugs in the bed.

Best Hotel Stay Ever!

I've stayed at a lot of hotels, but our recent stay at the Hampton Inn in MacClenny, FL was hands-down the best we've ever had. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. ​What really stood out was how spotless everything was. The hallways, the elevator, the entire property—it was all so clean. And our room? Absolutely pristine. The bathroom, in particular, was immaculate; not a single spot of dirt or grime anywhere. We were genuinely impressed. ​Beyond the cleanliness, the staff’s quick response to a small issue was fantastic. When we noticed the TV was pixelated and mentioned it to the front desk, their maintenance team was at our door within minutes to fix it. They were so prompt and focused on making sure we had a great stay. ​My husband and I have zero complaints. We can't say enough good things about this hotel and its wonderful team. We will definitely be back!

Great place, would visit again!

Very comfortable clean room with a spacious bathrub and complementary buffett breakfast! The coffee was hot and ready 24/7. There is a pool and fitness center and many available options to sit quietly and relax.
