Unit was as described in the listing. Short walk to the beach access, going up that small hill was quite the workout with our carts of stuff we had a great stay and saved a ton of money with being able to cook in the unit instead of eating out. We did find an awesome restaurant with great seafood it was called The Juicy Crab.

Very clean, but had some issues.

The rental wasn’t bad. Spacious, stocked with what we needed kitchen and bath wise. The beds were extremely uncomfortable- a mattress topper would be a great addition. Having some chairs to sit outside would also be a nice addition-we had to go purchase some so we could be comfortable. We also had some issues with the water. There was no hot water in the half bath- the water pressure was pretty bad- I guess that’s normal near the beach though. Then the shower curtain rod fell and I had to hold it up so my mother could shower and I had to go without a shower. The host was super responsive though. Just a series of unfortunate events.

The pictures don’t do this apartment justice, it was extremely clean, smelled amazing and had more than enough necessities like towels, kitchen supplies, and blankets. The only downside is the beds are extremely firm but for the location and price it’s worth it

Suppose to travel with my husband and MIL but she got sick and couldn’t go, so just my husband and me. It’s a very short walk to the beach and all on ground level. Drew was very sweet and answered all my questions. The condo is smaller but when you aren’t there very much that’s okay. It gave a homie feel to it when we were there. It was very clean inside and outside.

All good close to Mayo. Only things to complain about are two that I don't know if there is anything could be done about. 1st. Upstairs was noisy, hard for my wife to relax in afternoon. 2nd I believe someone was smoking marijuana near air handlers, cause smell would come into unit.

This place was great! It's clean and has everything you needed to get started on your vacation, including coffee. Very close walk to the beach. It sit between the main rd and a side road which you can use either to get to the pier by car. The side rd was also great for letting our teenagers walk on. Another plus was Dollar general was across the street!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. It was a perfect location 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the main drive up and down the coast to where we were going. There were a lot of amenities, like shampoo, washer pods, coffee pods, dish soap. The place was clean and the only challenge we had was upstairs noise that was disturbing in the late evening/night.

Great Rental

This is a great, little rental. Very nice inside and very clean. Great location and only minutes to the beach. The rental is on the first floor, so there is an upstairs apartment, and the occupants can be a little noisy especially at night. Would definitely stay here again!
