Outstanding condo on the Amelia Island Coast! Michelle, our host, was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions and requests. The space quickly becomes a home away from home with comfortable beds and furniture, a super well stocked kitchen and a wrap around deck with plenty of seating. It’s in a great location too! Wonderful 6th floor place, clean, nicely appointed, beds are very comfortable, only issue was all the lights didnt work. No light over the stove for cooking, kitchen undercabinet lights didnt work, light in microwave didnt work, needs a brighter light in the primary closet, but maybe thats just my old eyes. Overall very nice place and would stay there again.

Perfect get away for girls’ weekend

We love staying at this property for our annual girls’ trip. The condo has everything we need, beautiful views of the ocean, tranquility, and it’s right next to the Ritz for dinners and spa services. We’ll be back!

Great stay in Amelia Island

Our group of five adults had a great time in Amelia Island and this condo on the beach was great. It lived up to all the previous great reviews we read before we decided on Ocean Place. Michelle provided excellent communication and flexibility on our arrival on day one. Having the Ritz Carlton next door is a huge plus to this great location. Would definitely stay here again. Also, great restaurant choices only minutes away.

This property was amazing! Everything we needed from dish detergent to a beautiful ocean view was provided. The host was very good at responding quickly when we had a question and the condo was well stocked with cooking supplies and linens and other incidentals. Nice clean property in a great locaton

Ocean Breeze checked all of our boxes for our stay in Amelia Island. It was an easy walk to my meeting at the Ritz. Right on the beach with a great view and the unit comes with everything you need if you want to spend some time on the beach. Short drive to several golf courses and restaurants. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Beds were comfortable. The unit is getting a bit dated, but it was very clean and well maintaned.

Fantastic Beach/Football Stay!

We are a group of Green Bay Packers fans, now living in the Hilton Head Island, SC area. Our Packer backer's group decided to see the Packers play the Jaguars in Jacksonville and made it a mini-vacation. We chose to stay at Ocean Breeze Escape and couldn't be happier with our choice! The owner communications were excellent; before, during and after our stay. The condo is very clean, well stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a beach wagon. The beds were comfortable and the bedside charge ports were appreciated. The location is terrific being right next to the Ritz. We spent a lot of time on the huge balcony enjoying beachside sunrise morning coffee, afternoon adult beverages and watching a Ritz wedding. Thank you for your hospitality Michelle. We will absolutely stay here again!

Lovely condo size and decor, but deep cleaning and maintenance required

We had to leave early due to a medical emergency, and I contacted the owner about the need for a deep cleaning and painting. There is black mold in the master shower and mold all throughout the kitchen where the sealer surrounds the stainless steel sink and where the kitchen countertop meets the stone backsplash. The sofa needs replacement or a deep, upholstery cleaning, and the living room rug was filthy and probably needs replacement. The decor was lovely and the size was lovely. It felt like our linens were not washed so we had to wash the bedroom linens prior to sleeping. The owner should look at a different cleaning service. The kitchen frying pans need replacement. We were not comfortable utilizing the kitchen space due to black mold. We also experienced allergy issues while staying in the condo perhaps due to the mold. Our stay was cut short by two nights due to the medical emergency.

Condo is lovely. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you need. Location was great, easy walk to the beach, great views of the ocean, and right next store to the Ritz. Another wonderful stay at Amelia Island

The property is exactly as advertised; our stay was lovely! Michelle was extremely responsive to my emails and texts; the Welcome Guide and information she sent prior to our arrival was very thorough and helpful. In addition to being lovely and clean, the property is well outfitted and had a flashlight, makeup mirror and hair dryer in each bathroom, kitchen wrap and spices, laundry pods, you name it. We also appreciated the well outfitted owner's closet for our beach time and the close proximity to the Ritz for an evening cocktail. We would not hesitate to stay here again; thank you, Michelle and family, for sharing your condo with us!

Lovely Amelia Island condo

Our family has vacationed in Amelia Island for many years. This unit worked well for our family. The children’s room was perfect for my grandchildren. We particularly enjoyed eating on the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped, something we have experienced rarely. We had a problem in one of the bathrooms but the property manager was responsive and the issue was addressed quickly. The living room furniture was comfortable as were the beds. All in all a very successful vacation. We would be happy to rent this unit again.
