Sailmaker 301 - 300 Steps From Beach * Gated Community * Poolside Oasis

Sailmaker 301 is a spacious three-bedroom condo perfectly situated ONLY 300 steps away from the beach in the desirable Summer Beach gated community with a pool just off the back patio!

Designed for the entire family and with the convenience of being located on the ground level guests have an expanded back patio area offering four different sitting areas and quick access to the pool.

Upon entering the property guests are greeted by an open floor plan with coastal décor. The main living area offers comfortable seating with a sofa, two chairs, and a Smart TV (YouTube TV streaming options available.)

The kitchen has white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the essentials including a coffee maker (regular and pod), toaster, blender, crockpot, electric frying pan, and more.

The breakfast bar centers the space connecting the main living area and dining room. The dining room is designed for six people and is adjacent to the sliding glass doors that lead to the expansive back patio.

The master bedroom is immense with a King bed, walk-in closets, dresser, chair, TV, and sliding glass doors that lead to the patio. The attached bathroom provides a vanity and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser, closet, and TV. A separate door leads you to the bathroom.

The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The third room is equipped with two Twin beds, a dresser, a closet, and a TV.

Beach chairs, Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)

This condo is ideal for a family who is looking for space and convenience with accessing the pool and beach!

Couldn't have been better!

The room was perfect! Cozy, clean, spacious, conveniently located close to all the beach and pool fun, close to downtown restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen is also equipped with all the cook/bakeware we needed to make my daughter's birthday trip treats! We want to book the exact same room next time!

Pleased with amenities and location. Property management team was outstanding. Only suggestion is to have non sheer drapes in master bedroom. Sun tends to start peeking in around 6AM. We highly recommend this place.

Cute ground floor 3 bedroom condo. Nicely furnished. All the necessary amenities. It was a bit hard to find since we didn't realize the name of the property had the apt number in it - we drove around for 30 minutes before calling the owner and then found the property in 2 minutes. The entire address should be in the check in instructions. We only needed the place for one night and chose it based upon location. It was not where we needed it to be which is a drawback of renting from these types of properties - you don't get the address until the day you check in. However, it was fine and worked for our needs. We were only there to sleep so cannot comment further on the property.
