Spacious Two-Level Beach Wood Villa on Amelia Island Resort!

Incredible two-level villa on the oceanside of Amelia Island Plantation! Just across the street from beach access, this 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom unit is enchantingly nestled among giant Spanish moss-covered Live Oaks and boasts incredible views of Red Maple Lake.

This unit's living area, expanded tile patio, and master bedroom balcony are perfect for spotting herons and other beautiful marsh birds as guests overlook the new Omni Little Sandy Short Course. With beautiful furnishings and updates throughout, the villa also has an remarkably convenient location, offering two community pools, the hotel conference center, and the Plantation shops and eateries within walking distance.

Walking into the two-story townhouse style condo, guests will immediately delight in how open and inviting the first floor is, with the kitchen and dining area open to the main living area. Downstairs you will also find a half bath and the laundry room with a washer and a dryer. There's even a desk perfect for remote work.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms have their own full size attached bath. Sleeping arrangements are ideal for a family or a couples trip, with a King Bed in the master and second bedroom, and two Twin Beds in the third bedroom.

Being on the Amelia Island Plantation resort, you can enjoy miles of walking/biking trails, the luxurious spa, nicely outfitted community parks, as well as a chapel, nature center, art gallery and putt-putt. Guests can also venture into the charming historic downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15 minute drive north) and enjoy the eclectic shopping and dining options. There are also a number of nice restaurants located on the resort and the south end of the island.

Golfing opportunities are plentiful on Amelia Island too, with many great courses within five miles. Then there are bike and golf cart rentals - which are also available through the resort or outside vendors.

Please be advised, this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Plantation resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities." There is restricted access to the main resort's pool, fitness center and shuttle service. Note that Racquet Park is only for club members and their guests. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities.

What a wonderful week!

My family of four enjoyed our weeklong stay at 2091 Beachwood. It was a lovely property that was close to lots of fun activities. My kids loved that the recreational amenities were within walking distance of the condo. My husband and I were even able to walk to a few restaurants for date night without being worried about leaving the kids. The beach was only a short distance away and there were two pools close by. The condo came with a ton of supplies! We never ran out of dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper or paper towels. The coffee and gift were such a treat! We appreciate all of the little details.

Perfect Location & Plenty of space.

We have stayed in the Omni Resort area in Amelia Island a few times now. This condo was perfect for the size of our group this year. With two couples and one teenager, we had plenty of room for meals together, watching tv in the evening, and all of our belongings (including golf clubs and fishing poles). The location is PERFECT! Short walk to the beach, close to the two shared pools, and an easy walk or bike ride to the resort shopping area. Condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the communication with Destination Ameila was outstanding.

Very positive experience. Condo had all the cooking utensils that a family would need. Beautifully updated interior, short walk to beach, three beautiful pools. A gorgeous lake where we looked at the birds fish and the fish leap out of the water.

Everything we needed

What we mostly wanted to do was bike ride, this is a perfect location to do just that. The property was perfect. 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, plus a half bathroom, is hard to find! Kitchen was well equipped. Our only suggestion is to provide beach equipment to guests, what was available was in No condition to be used. Nevertheless, we would definitely recommend this location.

Wait until golf construction is done

They run back n forth all day. This unit is too expensive to have that racket. Omni Resort area was lovely for lots of walking, mini golf and restaurants like marche Burette also played some ping pong. Unit was very well stocked. 2 toilets were busted upon arrival but quickly repaired the 2nd day
