We really enjoyed our stay at Brian’s San Marco home. We had tons of space beautifully decorated, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, absolutely everything we could need! We could walk everywhere and sunsets ar the rivers edge were fantastic!
This is an perfectly located property. Quiet neighborhood, with easy access (walking) to shops, restaurants and the riverfront. The hosts are so accommodating! For the couple of things I needed help with, they were so quick to respond. Comfy beds and great tv. It is basically furnished, but very clean and was a good fit for me. In the 'overall rating' category, I gave 4 stars, not 5, because of its dated overall appearance. But, I would stay there again, especially because of the hosts and the location.
Very safe and spacious rental in Jacksonville/San Marco
My mom and I stayed in this property while we were in town for medical treatment. The house was very spacious and could have accommodated several more people than just the two of us. We felt very safe and the neighborhood vibe was very friendly (lots of people walking their dogs, etc.), with well manicured lawns, and very close to the river. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the towels/linens were high quality, which is not always the case. It was easy to check in and the hosts quickly responded when I had a question. There is plenty of parking in the back of the house, even for my extremely large SUV. We would definitely stay at this property again.
