This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is just steps away from the beach! With newly updated furnishings, as well as newly renovated balconies with ocean views, this is the perfect location for a glitzy girls trip, small family getaway, or for golfing with the guys. With all the small touches of home, you will start to relax from the moment you step foot in the door with roughly 800 sq. ft. of cozy togetherness. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private stand-up shower in the master bath, while the guest bedroom features two twin size beds.



Visit the island's state park, hike, bird watch, play putt-putt golf, or take a five minute ride to the Historic Downtown District. From there, stroll to local clothing, antique, and souvenir shops. Take in the sunset at the Fernandina Harbor Marina, followed by dining at unique local restaurants. Even enjoy the farmers market on Saturdays. Staying in this little bit of paradise, you will never want to leave.

Perfect Spot for a Relaxing Getaway – Clean, Cozy, and Convenient

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. Don’t expect much

Was shocked at how well the photos showed the property compared to what reality found. Found the rental to be very dated, not terribly clean, uncomfortable and very overpriced. Tiles in the bathroom loose on the floors, wood trim falling off door frames, etc.

busy road!

This was a pretty good stay for us but there were a few things that we found a bit disapointing. First, this property is definitely close to the beach as advertised, and in a good location in proximity to resturaunts and such, but what you can't tell when booking is that it is very close (exactly the length of one parking space) from a busy road. I found the balconies to be quite noisy from all of the construction traffic, trash pick up, emergency vehicles and daily commuters that travelled this road. Second, the house was pretty well-stocked, but there were some key things missing, such as a pot big enough to cook pasta in. I didn't need anything huge, but the two tiny sauce pans were definitely insufficient. I also wish there had been better communication about the amenities that did exist. We eventually found an outdoor spigot and shower that seemed to be for all of the units in this complex (maybe?) but not, unfortunately, until our last day there. We were lucky that not all of the other units were occupied or I think it would have felt quite cramped.

Great location & easy stay!

My friends & I took a couples trip for the weekend & this property was the perfect 2 bedroom. It was directly across from beach access and less than a mile from great restaurants, bars, gas, etc. We were able to walk a lot & everything was very clean and simple to make our stay easy! The air conditioner didn’t work as well in the living room but there were fans left for us that compensated and kept us cool! Such a great stay for a great price!!. Have already been recommending this property to friends.

Great vacation condo

Everything about our stay was great. We had a blast. Whenever I had a question they were quick to respond. It was right across from the beach access which meant we didn’t have to drive anywhere to go to the beach. Found several small sharks teeth at the beach right across from where the condo is. Overall we had an awesome stay.

All about the beach

If you are a beach lover this place is perfect. Easy access to the ocean, short bike rides to a couple bars and restaurants. The Adirondack stools on the balcony were perfect.

Me and my family originally rented a condo in a home about 10 minutes from the resort but the ac was broken so the agency gave us a villa in the resort. The property was very nice. The resort had lots to do on the property, the resort itself is about 20 minutes away from the downtown area but this was no problem. The room was fairly clean but there were a few cockroaches that we spotted on the last day of our trip. Other than that everything was very nice.

Great stay despite misleading listing

To start off this property no longer has the roof top decks or front decks that are still in the pictures and listing title. If you go into the details of the listing you can see where they make note of this, but I really wish they would remove the pictures and title of the property as it's false advertising. This now makes the outside of the listing look not so great with a torn up front and poorly maintained front yard. However, the inside is quaint and clean, and the proximity to the beach cannot be beat. Everything inside was cute and clean, there were a few window sills that had dead bugs that housekeeping missed. The walls between units are extremely thin, and the first night of our stay there was a group of younger people who were loud until 3 am. We could clearly hear their conversations and the music they were listening to. But all the other nights were fine.

Renovations on balcony were stated BUT that doesn't mean balconies no longer exist. Plastic covered every window & door so we could not see outside. The place had trash & tools outside on the ground. The painter's ladder was in front of the entrance to the steps. There was plastic over vehicles so paint wouldn't get on them. We were told we could park in the public beach parking area. We get inside the AC is broken. The end.

Its a nice property, just don't lie

The property itself is nice. The inside is very clean and smelled really good which is always a plus, but on the outside it looked like garbage. There is no deck, which is fine, just change the pictures. The location is great but there is no pool on the property, so I absolutely do not understand why the pictures in the listing have not been updated. Like I said, I had no problems with the location or the inside, what I don't appreciate is the mis representation of what the rest of the property actually looks like. Also the poor man who lives downstairs has been trying to contact these people for months because his apartment keeps flooding... he literally asked us to stop showering and using the toilets so that his apartment wouldn't flood. So there are definitely some issues that need to be addressed, and I think we won't be returning because of that, which sucks because the location rocks.

The condo was nice, however it advertises a deck on the front as well as a rooftop deck that were both completely gone. Also there were roofers on the roof every weekday that we were there at like 7am. We didn’t have any prior knowledge to these things before our stay. The location is good but at a pretty busy intersection for the area, lots of honking went on. Easy walk to the beach though.
