I have always stay at this property when I am here in business but this will be my last time. This is my 4th room they have moved me to and I’m awake at 3am with a splitting headache from the mold smell in my room. Every room has had some problem from water damage to mold or just plane worn out. I heard the lease was just renegotiated and itc was planning to walk away from the property, so it has not been kept up at all. The gym had water damage on the hardwood floors, carpet is old and worn out in common spaces. It just needs a major renovation.
I hate to write this review the staff is very nice and most of them have worked here a long time. ITC has the resources to renovate and hopefully this review will help them pull the trigger in closing the property for that.
