Most amazing property and the service is impeccable. Butler Mr Karan took good care of us and made sure we had whatever we needed. Mr Khateeb went out of his way to arrange a tour and personally took care of extending our stay to ensure we had a room to stay even after check out time.

The staff is wonderful! They really make you feel at home. The property is impeccable, the food is amazing, the Jiva Spa is beautiful. We had an unforgettable visit. Everyone knew our names and did their best to make us happy. They could not do enough! So much fun! Sitting on the Veranda for afternoon tea, breakfast, and dinner was one of our favourite things to do!

The photos of the Rambagh Palace and its rooms just don't do the property justice. The whole palace has a very peaceful and open feeling. I had a standard room with a balcony and I loved the high ceilings and historic/clean atmosphere of the room and the grounds. The property is also pretty close to the Pink City and there are cars for hire that will help you set up guides or take you wherever you want to go.

Rooms are pricey but well worth the experience So many great people - Let’s start with the warm welcome from the front , Vans - who took care of our room Khateeb who made sure every element of our stay was enjoyable. Rohan , Anika and Vikram with a glowing smile and attentive service and incredible pasta by chef Mohammad Soyal / better than I have had in NY Italian town -his dishes need to be used in the main dining area.
