Great stay!!

Was excellent close to JFK for an early flight. There free shuttle buses to airport always left on time and was very easy. Had a laundromat you could wash and dry your clothes. Room service food was delicious.

Terrible experience as it was very noisy all night. Our room was right besides the elevator. We should have received the points for one night stay but only received 7000 points which is nothing. We paid over $300 for the room as we were coming from out of country and needed a restful night but it did not happen.😞
