The staff are very disrespectful, especially the small Indian lady and the Indian man. I don’t know their names, but they are very disrespectful and I have no respect for the customers.

As soon as we got there and saw the room, I called the front desk & asked for a refund but I booked it online & was refused. Bring your own PILLOWS!! The whote limp lumps were flat and pathetic. No coffee pot and coffee at the office isn’t available until 6 AM! FLIES in the bathroom. Very Very hard to get to. We missed our turn & had to go to Edgerton before we could turn around!!! Approx. 7 miles there and back. The road is very confusing and we had Google Maps!! The window wand pull kept flapping every time the heater came on and I kept thinking someone was breaking in!! Finally figured it out. Would not recommend it or ever stay there again. This is my 1st Bad review but I wish I knew these things before booking it.
