Our kid and dog friendly Cherry Mountain cabin is within 20 minutes of all of your favorite New Hampshire sites including Bretton Woods, Franconia Notch, and Santa`s Village. Hiking and snowmobiling trails are less than a mile away and activities such as kayaking, fishing, skiing/snowshoeing, theme parks are at your fingertips. Relax in the two spacious living rooms and enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains or spend time on the two outdoor decks, by the fire pit or in the hot tub.

Designed with families in mind, our home is extra kid friendly. Located just minutes from Santa’s Village and a short drive to Story Land, we make traveling with little ones easy. No need to pack all the bulky kid gear, we’ve got you covered! Our home includes a baby gate, pack ‘n play, crib mattress, infant tub, full-size tub, and high chair, all complimentary for your use. Added in January 2025, all ages can enjoy our new game room, where you can engage in friendly competition playing ping pong, foosball, pop a shot, golf putting mat and sectional with TV - there`s something for everyone!

Beyond the kid-friendly attractions, you’re also close to ski resorts, hiking trails, golf courses, and amusement parks, making this the perfect getaway for every season.

• Open loft with a trundle bed (2 twin beds) for extra sleeping spots - please note that an open loft means there is not a door separating the sleeping space

You have access to the full house with the exception of two locked storage closets.

We are always available to help with suggestions, but never overbearing.

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

The house is up a hill and 4 wheel drive is required during the winter months.

We are dog friendly and require a non-refundable $125 dog fee, per dog (2 dogs, max). This does not cover any damage or waste pickup and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies. Any unauthorized dogs will result in a $500 fine.

Absolutely NO smoking inside the house, on the decks, or within 100 feet of the house. Violation of this or evidence of smoking (ie: cigarette butts) will result in a $500 fine.

There are exterior ONLY security cameras actively recording, for the safety of both guest and property. Any tampering with the cameras will not be permitted and will result in immediate termination of your reservation, without refund.

Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.
NO SMOKING in or around the property (including the decks) automatic $400 fee for any evidence of smoking (i.e. cigarette buts)

Septic: Only toilet paper should be flushed. Tissues, cotton balls, paper towel, dental floss, Q-tips, wipes, and other sanitary products should be placed in the trash. Chemicals, such as paint thinner or gasoline, should never be put down a drain.

No events, parties or other group gatherings that may cause a disturbance.

At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, TVs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to our neighbors.
